There is a return air vent on 24/7 in the living area where the sofa bed is. During the day it's not an issue but at night when you're trying to sleep it's like a tornado in the room. Ear plugs were not enough to block the noise. Given the surrounding area, as a single woman, I did not feel comfortable. The "bedroom" does not have a door and you enter the unit thru the area where the bed is. If you're looking for privacy you'll be disappointed. We left one day early because we just couldn't stay another night. The sofa bed was terrible, hard to unfold, not clean, the sheets had stains, and we were told the sofa bed was not be be used (told it was broken) even though the listing showed a sofa bed. However, we were instructed how to fold the bed before leaving. Mixed messages. This is not an "upscale apartment suite" as promoted.

Jake was very helpful and communicative, answering questions right away. The property was a convenient, affordable place to stay in the downtown area.

Clean, cozy, and comfortable! Just a couple blocks from the river front, which was great. Neighborhood itself felt a little seedy, but the building felt very safe. I'm sure the neighborhood is actually fine; I was just a woman traveling solo so was a bit more cautious.

One night stay

Property was not exactly the one Iisted in the ad. Last minute room change due to an inspection. AC was in the living room and noisy. Couch had a duct tape over a rip. bed was comfy. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pans, utensils etc. Jake the property manager was an excellent communicator. Easy to check in and out.

I had a generally good stay at this place in Spokane. The location is convenient, though I did notice some homeless nearby, they didn’t bother me at all and it didn’t affect my experience, but just something to be aware of. The only downside was that the bedroom had a bit of an unpleasant smell, kind of like drainage. Otherwise, everything was fine.

Great location

All was good, but here are a couple “realities”. We followed the suggestion of the host and left our car at the Davenport valet parking garage. $35 per night plus gratuities (every time you take it in and out). It’s worth it, but just know the cost. The”self parking”garage at the Davenport ( for $25 per night ) was confusing as it is in a different location and the valet was unsure how to pay for that. The air conditioning unit is quite noisy, even on the lowest setting, so if that sort of white noise bothers you, beware. The bed was comfortable and everything was exactly as advertised. The location was perfect, as we just left our car at the Davenport and walked everywhere.

Downtown apartment

Great downtown apartment. This place was close to everything that we needed. It was clean and quiet. It was supplied with all of the essentials. We had a good night sleep and enjoyed our time in Spokane. Would stay there again.
