An outdoor shower adds a touch of convenience and island charm, ideal for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Our villa is fully furnished with elegant Hawaiian-inspired decor that perfectly complements its tropical surroundings, along with a fully equipped kitchen. The villa’s prime location includes convenient parking and proximity to some of Kauai’s most stunning attractions. Just a short stroll down Hotel 1's stairs, you'll find the white sand beaches of Puu Poa, Hanalei's Bay and across the street is the famed Hideaways Trailhead, Fort Alexander's bluff, as well as access to tennis courts, golf courses, and scenic walking trails that wind through the picturesque community of Princeville. Very responsive hosts and they provided everything we needed, including welcome gifts and local tips and destinations! Walkable beaches, a great area of town to jog, and I was able to walk to the golf course and play. The clouds didn’t cooperate for us but I’m sure the sunrises and sunsets are amazing.

Fantastic spot for anyone to come and enjoy Princeville! The owners are amazing and do a great job in preparing the home for your arrival! Does get a lil warm mid day but not enough to deter one from enjoying the home and area. Definitely will be back!

The villa was amazing! The place was impeccably clean, well maintained and well equipped. The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. They provided an amazing welcome basket with local fruits, treats, etc! The location was wonderful....short walk to a few beaches, look out, etc. The views from the condo made you feel like you were in a treehouse. Parking right outside the unit was easy and convenient.

Starting with the first very welcoming communication from Lynn and Damien through their offer to extend our stay if necessary due to area flooding on the day we were leaving, our stay was nothing short of amazing! The unit is beautiful, clean, stocked with many extras, and feels like a home away from home in all ways! It is the perfect size for two couples to stay, cook, and hang out comfortably. We highly recommend the hosts and the unit.

We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this property. It was plenty of space for two couples and an amazing location. I was able to walk to surf hanalei and also walking distance to multiple beautiful beaches. It is also right next to the gorgeous 1 Hotel property with its amenities of coffee shops and restaurants. Easy checkin, easy to find, well equipped. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Cleanest rental property I have seen in Princeville. Very well located, right at the stairs to the Hotel 1 beach. Very well managed with a well stocked kitchen.

The perfect place to stay in Princeville for a family of three! The location is unbeatable, with a path straight to a secluded snorkeling beach and views of Hanalei Bay. We loved every minute of our stay and appreciated how well stocked the villa was. They clearly go above and beyond to make their guests comfortable, this isn’t a thoughtless rental stay. We had snorkel gear, beach toys, umbrella, boogie board plus they offered all sorts of great kid-friendly items for the house. We will absolutely be booking again.

Great Location with Special Touches

We had a great stay! Easy walk to the bluff, Hideaways Beach and Pua Poa beach access behind 1Hotel. We walked to the hotel every morning and enjoyed coffee from the coffee kiosk on the lanai with views of Hanalei Bay. Lynn provided lots of special touches from the Welcome Basket to the well stocked soaps and toiletries. Very clean and easy check in.

Best location in Princeville

Lynn and Damian’s place is the best location in Princeville! It is super close to Hideaways and Pipos beaches. We were two families with little ones hauling around a bunch of stuff so it was really nice to stay somewhere where we didn’t have to drive anywhere. Lynn and Damian had great attention to detail and stocked the house with all the necessities and a little more…including an instant pot which made cooking very easy. We would totally book this place again!

This was our first time to Hawaii much less the beautiful island of Kauia - and this was the perfect home base. Such a beautiful home and also easy to get anywhere to and from. Lynn and Damian were dream hosts, so patient, answering lots of questions, making great recommendations and making us feel so welcome. Would stay there again if we ever get back. Mahalo!

The villa was absolutely perfect! It was very clean, had lots of space, and everything we needed. And, the location…you couldn’t ask for anything better! It’s a quick walk to two amazing beaches and within 15 minutes to Hanalei and all the surrounding beaches. Lynn was extremely fast in her replies and was great to work with! If you’re going to Kaua’i, there is no better place to stay than at this villa! We will definitely be back! Thank you for an amazing stay, Lynn!

Wonderful Stay!

My family and I stayed here for 5 nights. The house was completely spotless and well decorated. We were greeted with a wonderful basket of goodies and a beautiful view of the mountains. This place is a short drive away from Hanalei, where we spent most of our time. We appreciated the nice towels and linens. The beds were also super comfy! It was also very convenient to have a parking space so close to the house. Overall great experience!

A little slice of heaven!

Our stay at Lynn and Damian’s place was perfection. The location in Princeville is within walking distance to two beautiful beaches offering snorkeling, swimming, surfing, or just pure relaxation. The home is so clean. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is perfectly stocked. We sat outside on the porch each morning for breakfast and enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere. I would highly recommend staying here. Lynn and Damian were so helpful!

Perfect Stay - Beautiful Home with Incredible View

We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful home in Kauai! The view was absolutely stunning - waking up to the scenery was unforgettable. The home was spotless and I mean spotless!!! Beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything needed down to chip clips. We had a comfortable and relaxing stay. Big highlight was the thoughtful welcome package - it was such a kind and generous touch that made us feel instantly welcome. The owners have every detail well thought out and it truly felt like a home away from home. Very quick walk to the beach. Everything was perfect - can't recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The Interieur of the House is very nicely decorated with love and the Quality of the equipment was excellent. You have a Great view from the living room and Balcony on the scenery which makes this beautiful Island so Special. The Location is very close to fantastic beaches for Both, swimming and snorkeling. The Hosts have been very friendly and they provided us with a welcome package, including specialities from Hawaii. They Even allowed us to Check out later the day of departure without and additional costs. It definetely was one of the most enjoyable Stays we ever had. We even would give 6 out of five Stars. Thank you so much for allowing us to be your guests.

We fell in love with the North Shore of Kauai over 35 years ago on our 1 year anniversary trip. We promised ourselves someday we would live our life in Kauai. We made our dream come true and now live fulltime on this Majestic Island. Our Villa is very special to us, and now we want to share our special Villa with those who wish to come and experience the beauty of Kauai's North Shore firsthand, and be in close proximity to the NaPali Coastline, Hanalei Bay and Mountains. We find this the most beautiful island we've ever experienced in our lifetime.

We love that our Villa is a stand alone unit, no shared walls. It's a tiny house, located at the end of Ka Haku. It's a popular location and highly sought after. We love the lush tropical surroundings and close proximity to the trailheads of Hideaways and Puu Poa beaches. We walk, swim, hike daily and many times don't ever get into our vehicle, we explore on foot. And if we don't feel like cooking, we walk over to 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay (next door), Hideaways Pizzeria (10 minute walk), or Happy Talk Lounge (15 minute walk).

Our Villa is tastefully decorated with elegant Hawaiian inspired decor that perfectly complements it's tropical surroundings. We manage our Villa ourselves and take painstaking measures for cleanliness and little extras, for example, gift basket, wine, flowers, beach chairs, boogie boards, extra towels, fully equipped kitchen, with a Keurig and plenty of coffee for your stay. All dishes, silverware, utensils, and cookware is new. In addition, It's the last Villa, just before 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay at the end of Ka Haku Road. Every morning we walk out to Fort Alexander's Bluff (across the street by 1 Hotel's parking) with our coffee and look over NaPali Coastline, the ocean, Hanalei Mountains and Bay. It's beautiful. The sunsets are spectacular, and in the winter time, we watch the whales play from Fort Alexander's bluff.
