Welcome to our Modern Carrboro Sanctuary - a gorgeous, newly-upgraded, modern, and comfortable home in the heart of downtown Carrboro’s Mill Village. We're just a 10-minute walk from the heart of downtown Carrboro and 1.5 miles from UNC, giving you easy access to our vibrant community. The neighborhood offers a peaceful, relaxed atmosphere, making it a perfect retreat while staying close to all the action. This cozy cottage is quite possibly the nicest stay in the area!

This thoughtfully laid out, single-story home is ideal for one family, or up to 4 guests. Freshly renovated in 2024, the house has the perfect layout:

You will have access to the surrounding area around the property – a large corner lot with an outdoor table and chairs.

The home has a driveway for up to two cars.

The home has high-speed, 200mbps WIFI.

★ NEIGHBORHOOD ★
This house is centrally located in downtown Carrboro’s Mill Village. It’s arguably the best location in town as it’s a quick walk to shops, markets, Cat’s Cradle, and more.

All guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. All rule violations are considered grounds for immediate cessation of your trip without refund.

Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood walking distance from everything you need in Carrboro. My husband and sister and I enjoyed Sara’s home when visiting our family in the area.The home was immaculate, well appointed, quiet and suitable for all of our needs. Sara was very communicative and easy to work with.We’d be delighted to stay at her home again and would highly recommend to anyone looking to enjoy the area.

Love this adorable house. Walked everywhere. The house is clean in a very quiet neighborhood and close to resturants and coffee shops. The hostest Sara was very reaponisive. It was a wonderful stay and we will be back.

Our stay was great. The place is very clean and nicely decorated. The beds were so comfortable. The location was perfect and we walked to a local coffee place each morning. Communication with the owner was easy. I would highly recommend this property.

Lovelier than the Pics!

Welcoming, artful, beautifully minimalist. Clean. Great shower and bathroom accessories. Fresh flowers and well-working kitchen materials. Excellent, walkable location. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Responsive host: was great because we needed an ironing board that wasn’t on site and the washer dryer combo unit instructions were inaccurate, so we needed to consult w her about that. Otherwise, we were in heaven. This is an excellent choice.
