Perfect location and beautiful home! The house has everything you need and is perfect for multiple families going on a trip or friends. So close to long sands beach you can walk! My family and I had a great long weekend away.

Perfect family holiday in York, Maine

Our stay at Family Tides was amazing. This home was spotless, spacious and had everything we needed for our four night stay! The layout with three levels, each with a living room area, bedrooms and bathroom allowed everyone to have their own space. A short walk to the most beautiful beach makes this the best VRBO! Owners were attentive and prompt to reply to our questions. Will definitely return to this home! Thanks so much!

There was a good view of the ocean from the top floor and a slight view from the second floor but there was not a beach view.The property was in good condition but two of the toilet seats were louse and the top of the newell posts at the stairs are in need of a good cleaning. The pots and pans need to be replaced as the coatings are severly gouged and present a health risk.Lastly the property is listed on another rental site at a lower cost as it does not include VBRO's 400plus fee.Aside from that the property worked well for us.
