Urban Palette, newly renovated in October 2023, is a modern, art-inspired retreat in the heart of Green Point, placing you within easy reach of the city’s most popular attractions. Filled with vibrant art and stylish touches, this centrally located sanctuary brings together comfort, convenience, and a splash of creativity for an unforgettable stay.
For those who love to cook, the kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including an electric hob, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. The open-plan living and dining areas, seating up to six, are bathed in natural light and feature bold artwork that reflects the vibrant energy of the city. Step onto the balcony to relax with seating for four, or make use of the communal BBQ facilities—ideal for a laid-back evening in.
The primary bedroom offers a tranquil escape with a king-sized bed, standing fan, and an ensuite bathroom, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration. The second bedroom, with its airy loft-inspired feel, opens onto the living area, featuring a queen bed, air conditioning, and a private balcony to enjoy the fresh sea breeze.
Urban Palette offers peace of mind with a secure doorman and undercover and access controlled parking for 2 cars. Immerse yourself in the lively Green Point atmosphere while enjoying the color, comfort, and creative ambiance of this art-filled haven.
Please note: This property is strictly adults-only. Due to safety considerations, children under 12 are not permitted. Only the registered guests on the booking are permitted access to the building and the relevant apartment that they are occupying. The apartment has instituted a no visitor policy, and a maximum of 4 persons is permitted in the apartment at any time. In this apartment, no smoking is permitted (including on the balcony). A noise monitor has been installed in the apartment to ensure compliance with these rules.
This is a dedicated year-round vacation home which is exclusively and professionally managed. The offices for the manager are based in Camps Bay. This property has been meticulously vetted prior to on-boarding, comes with a dedicated 24/7 guest support team, housekeeping, WiFi and hotel grade amenities. The manager prides themselves on offering the highest level of service to ensure you have a memorable stay!
Important: The property manager for this property is delighted to inform you that this property is protected by SUPERHOG. Once your booking is confirmed, you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself and finalise the process. An upfront small payment towards your damage deposit/Waiver will be requested to complete your verification process. In the unlikely event that SUPERHOG is unable to provide the necessary damages cover, you would be required to elect to either cancel the booking or to provide a physical damages deposit prior to arrival in an agreed amount.
