Great location! Pool and all extra’s were really nice to have – kitchen and dinning areas were perfect. Worked perfect for our family get away.

The property is beautiful and met our expectations. Jessica was always available and helpful to address any requests we had. Being right on the gulf provided spectacular views.

Our family stayed here during the first week of August, and the property exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we booked, the host was exceptionally responsive, welcoming, and accommodating. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and it was clear that the host genuinely cared about making sure our vacation went smoothly.The home itself was thoughtfully laid out and worked extremely well for our group. There was plenty of room for everyone to be together without ever feeling crowded, while the arrangement of the bedrooms and living spaces still provided privacy and quiet when needed. The property was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and stocked with everything we needed to settle in and enjoy our stay. Every part of the home felt practical, inviting, and designed with guests in mind.Most importantly, this property made our vacation easy and enjoyable. We could relax, spend quality time together, and simply enjoy ourselves without worrying about the accommodations. The combination of a wonderful property and such a helpful, attentive host made this a truly memorable stay. We would absolutely stay here again and confidently recommend it to families or groups looking for a comfortable, well-planned vacation home and a host who goes above and beyond. Five stars all the way!

This was by far my best vacation I have ever had. The house was absolutely amazing the views were spectacular the best sunsets. We were able to dock our boat right in front of our rental. All of our guests had the best time ever. Jessieca the went far and above my expectations.

Perfect Vacation

Fantastic place to stay for families or couples. Beautiful house and outside space with everything you need to relax or play. The winner for sure was the warm swimming pool overlooking the ocean. There were excellent restaurants nearby you could walk to and we loved the nearby trail to 7 mile bridge you could walk or ride with provided bikes. Loved every minute of this vacation.

Booked for a surprise 40th for my wife! We were blown away by the property. Beautiful views, meticulously maintained, and the host Jessica was extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. If an issue arose she was always able to be reached and the problem was fixed immediately. From the moment we checked in to the day we left it was an amazing experience. Our 9 days went by way to fast and we are already wanting to return!

Thank you Jessieca for helping to make our recent family vacation an enjoyable an memorable experience. You were readily available for any questions or requests we had making our stay very stress free. Everything was as advertised and then some. The home and views were incredible and our only disappointment was that we only visited for a week. We will definitely look to return to Marathon in the future and will not hesitate to stay at Seagrass should the need dictate.

The house is beautiful and well stocked. The pool and decks are perfect for spending the days and for watching the most amazing sunsets. Great kitchen, lots of seating indoors and out. Loved the fire pit, nice places to kayak. Big TV's in every room (if you really want to be inside!) Speakers were much appreciated. Had a lot of fun hosting a corn hole competition for all ages. Good amenities close by; enjoyed the 7 mile bridge walk, and the proximity to Key West for a day trip.The management is EXTREMELY responsive - thanks Jessieca! And thanks for the New Years Eve accessories! Love the keys!!

I can't say enough about how wonderful this property is. Jessieca, the property manager, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was top notch. We loved having the fridge stocked with drinks when we arrived, the pool is perfect, and the view from the house is just amazing. Everything was in great shape, top notch appliances, wi-fi, all of it. If you're thinking about staying in Marathon in the Florida Keys, look no futher than this wonderful spot. The location is amazing, right next to the seven mile bridge and an easy drive to Key West if you're interested. Can't wait to go back again!

Beautiful property! Just responded to every question quickly! We had a family of 11 stay and all had plenty of room! Amenities were wonderful , we all loved kayaking and paddle boarding ! Fishing poles were a welcome surprise and everyone loved fishing from the dock. View was unbelievable and we renewed our vows on the top balcony during sunset. Definately a trip to remember!!
