When we went to the place we had issues finding our way to enter the property the landlord was able to give me some information about how to get in. The she mentioned she forgot to clean the place. We got in and found used towels all around with weird smell. The places wasn’t cleared. And what she offered to solve was to wait like 2 hours for her to arrive that will give us clean bed sheets for us to change. We had driven a lot to find where we stay will be clean at least. So we managed to find a hotel room to stay instead

Needs attention

the place is in need of renovation. The communication with the bost was non-existing. Never answered my messages. The AC unit does not work properly, makes a lot of noise to the point of not letting us sleep. Washer and dryer are filthy, we could use, they are in terrible shape. Very disappointed!

Finally checked in after difficulty in communicating with owner(?): towels wet ( worried they had been used by previous tenants) - used our own towel, no top sheet on the bed. There is only a comforter. So got blanket out of the car - no faith in the comforter being clean. Set a sandwich down and ants attack. From 5 a.m. traffic noise begins and doesn't stop until 2 a.m. the next day. Last day - rat ran across porch. Definitely not worth the saving over a hotel. Motel 6 is a step up. No ADA access. wife recovering from cancer and using cain.
