The space:
This adults-only mid-century oasis in Arvada is the perfect blend of retro charm and modern convenience, offering a comfortable stay for up to 4 couples (8 guests total) across 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms upstairs and optional 1 bedroom/1 bath walkout basement (see rules for details). The home is pet free and clean!

The open-concept living area is flooded with natural light, creating a welcoming space for small, intimate gatherings. The carefully curated mid-century furnishings and decor add a touch of nostalgia, while modern amenities ensure your stay is both comfortable and convenient.

All beds include plush pillow-top mattress with feather pillows and feather duvet, as well as 100% Cotton 600 thread count cooling sheets for maximum comfort.

The home includes 3 bedrooms (2K & 1Q) & 2 full bathrooms on the main/upper level. The connected/separate walkout basement includes 1 rustic bedroom (1K), 1 half bathroom, living space, & laundry (W&D) and is included for an additional $50/night fee (waived when booked with 7+ guests). Please make arrangements after booking.

You will have access to the entire main level, including deck. No access to linen closet, garage or shed.

The cleaning fee covers linens and sanitization of the home and does not include garbage or debris removal. Please leave the home and items inside exactly as when you arrive. There will be additional cleaning/repair charges for items that are found to be dirty or defective upon checkout, including dirty appliances, utensils, furniture, or grill.
