Guests love the clean, spacious layout and prime LoHi location. This 2BR/2BA ADA-accessible loft on the ground floor sleeps 6 guests comfortably in a quiet, safe neighborhood.
THE SPACE:
Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the loft with natural light. No shared walls with neighboring units for a quiet stay. Full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, and high-speed WiFi for remote work and streaming. Two rollaway beds available upon request.
ADA ACCESSIBILITY:
Ground-floor unit with barrier-free entry, wide doorways (wheelchair accessible), accessible bathroom with grab bars, and building elevator for rooftop access.
DOG-FRIENDLY:
Up to 2 dogs welcome with $75 pet fee. Sloan's Lake is a 15-minute walk for off-leash exercise. Dog waste stations on-site. No cats permitted.
PARKING:
Street parking only (no garage). Parking is typically findable but sometimes need to circle the block.
NOTE: Ground-floor on a busy street. Some guests mention traffic noise in the morning.
