Very clean, nicely decorated and spacious house on a quiet street with a big comfy sofa and honestly, the comfiest bed I've slept in! The bedding was so soft too- my kids called them cloud beds! The coffee machine and range of pods was a nice touch. I was visiting family in Spemnymoor so this did the job. 15 mins from locomotion, Durham, Kynren and the Auckland Project for family days out too- all on the doorstep and the fabulous Jubilee Park in spenny is a winner for my kids, every time. Wetherspoons is a couple of minutes drive or a short walk for pocket friendly meals out. Would stay in this house again, for sure. The only odd thing was having to pay in dollars when I'm in the UK! It automatically converted to the same price in pounds when I paid, but it did almost put me off booking it as it was a bit confusing.
