Welcome to Wayne's World II, a quaint arts and crafts bungalow in a walkable Uptown neighborhood! This apartment was recently renovated and features hardwood floors, a large front porch and a private backyard.

The Space:
OVERVIEW:
This newly renovated shotgun features a mix of modern and traditional elements to create a relaxing space that feels both stylish and sleek as well as warm and inviting. Locally crafted light fixtures are featured in the dining room and restored restored original heart pine floors are featured on the second floor of the home. Conveniently located within walking distance to French Truck Coffee, Pascal's Manale, and the street car!
BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
- 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms
- Bedroom 1 has a king bed
- Bedroom 2 has a queen bed
- Bedroom 3 has a queen bed
- Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds
All 3 full bathrooms feature unique tile work and walk-in showers.
KITCHEN:
- The kitchen is complete with an oven, gas stove, microwave, 12 cup coffee maker, french press, blender, toaster, plenty of counter space, an abundance of cabinets, and all the essential cookware you will need during your stay. The backspash is made of hand-crafted zellige tiles from Morocco paired with brand new cabinets and high end appliances.
ENTERTAINMENT:
-High speed internet
-Smart TV and an Apple TV to connect to Netflix, Hulu, etc.
-Large front porch (shared with unit nextdoor)
-Private backyard
Guest Access:
Guests will receive a code for the keypad lock prior to check-in.
The entire home and private backyard is for your exclusive use.

The Neighborhood:
Quiet, walkable neighborhood. French Truck coffee is a half block away and the perfect way to start the day. Freret Street is also just a short Freret Street for dozens of restaurants, bars, and shop.The apartment is located in a walkable neighborhood with French Truck Cafe, Pascale's Manale and Charlie's Steakhouse a couple of houses down. The Bungalow is just 2 blocks from the Street Car.
Getting Around:
Street car is just a couple blocks away, which can take you downtown and to the French Quarter for $1.25 each way. French Quarter is just an 8-10 minute Uber ride away.
Other Things to Note:
-Professionally Managed, Commercially Licensed STR
-Free Street Parking (no off-street parking)
-There is 24-hour video surveilance at the front door
Interaction with Guests:
You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is simple, all you need is a code. There’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
