The gourmet kitchen has quartz counters, breakfast bar, custom cabinets, pantry, and stainless appliances. With 1350 sq ft of open space, you'll love the dining area and cozy living room with a 65" Smart TV and fast WiFi. The split floor plan gives privacy—Master Suite has a king bed, another TV, spa-style bath with double sinks, walk-in shower and closet. Second bedroom also has a king, walk-in closet, and a nearby hall bath. Bonus: queen sleeper sofa in the living room, full laundry room, and office space tucked in the master.
Located just off I-10, 202, and 101 for easy access to the valley. Comes with two underground parking spots—hard to find!
