The kitchen seats 6 at kitchen table, 2 at the bar, 4 at high-top table, 8 at dining room table with additional 2 chairs.

NO after-prom, graduation, frat, wedding, etc parties.  Any gathering larger than the Max occupancy has to be preapproved.  Violation will result in eviction.
