We’re very sorry to hear about the mildew smell you experienced during your stay. That’s certainly not the experience we want for our guests. We wish we had known while you were there so we could have addressed it right away. We’re having the unit thoroughly inspected to identify and resolve the source of the odor. We also understand how frustrating the boil water advisory must have been. Unfortunately, that was issued by the local municipality and outside of our control, but we completely understand the inconvenience it caused. We truly appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and hope we’ll have the opportunity to host you again in the future with everything fully resolved and up to the high standard you expected.

This is one of the condos that falls into our "premier" status, which means it carries recent updates to the kitchen and bathrooms, has newer furnishing, flooring and appliances as well as flat screen TV's. The owners did a great job on the upgrades and we are so glad you were happy with this unit!! :-)

If you are ever missing something in regards to cooking needs, pillows, bedding, etc... please do not hesitate to contact us at our office as we do keep a number of supplies here that we are more than happy to get your way to make yo more comfortable during your stay. In regards to the sheets and bedding, we did just upgrade our lines that we provide and this all JUST happened so we are sorry if you missed the new items! We are sorry to hear you were not completely pleased with your stay at Land’s End. There are a number of amenities at this property (tennis, large heated pool, 2 jacuzzi’s, shuffle board, sand volleyball, boardwalk around the grounds, BBQ and gazebo area) but we are sorry they were not the amenities that you were hoping for. It is true there is no gym at this property, nor do we advertise that, and we again are sorry for any disappointment that caused. This location is at the end of a peninsula so it is approx. 2 miles off of the main road of Gulf Blvd. that runs our coast line so this location is much easier with a car, this is true. We do put the physical address of each property on our website, along with its location on a map to try to provide as much info to our guests so that they can research the area and their desired locations to visit and be able to map out exactly how far things are in comparison to their condos. We have quite a large inventory outside of Land’s End that are in closer proximity to different things in the area should you want to try a different spot. In regards to the cleanliness of the condo, we are so sorry it was not up to par. Please do not hesitate to contact us at our office if things are not right for you and we would be more than happy to have our housekeeping come out and correct things.
