Welcome to our charming deceptively spacious cottage in Windsor, Colorado, where small-town warmth meets modern comfort. Nestled in the heart of this quaint town, our spacious and family-friendly home invites you to unwind and create lasting memories.

Step inside and be greeted by a cozy and inviting atmosphere, adorned with rustic touches and contemporary amenities. The cottage offers ample space for families, a large dining table with additional bar seating to entertain, and a fully updated and stocked kitchen. Enjoy drinking coffee by the brand-new fireplace to make your mornings feel extra cozy, or enjoy a cup of tea in the quaint seating area just off the kitchen!

Head downstairs to the bunk room and let the little ones or teens enjoy their own space which features a bunk bed with two full mattresses and an additional trundle. Curl up to watch a movie on the sofa, or pull it out to add an additional bed! Everyone in your group will enjoy a variety of provided board games, smart TV, books, children's toys, and more!

The outdoor area is a true gem, boasting a generous yard perfect for making memories, complete with yard games, bikes, and outdoor dining. Gather around the crackling fire pit under a starlit sky and enjoy sharing stories and creating unforgettable moments with loved ones.

Play pickleball at the park across the street, enjoy the shops and restaurants nearby, take the kids to the year-round indoor water park, experience the free city concerts in the summer, and much more!

Main Level:

Bedroom 1: King-sized bed with full ensuite and large closet
Bathroom 1: Ensuite is fully stocked with toiletries, a hair dryer, towels, and a beautifully tiled large shower.

Bedroom 2: Queen-sized bed with large closet and reading chair

Bedroom 3: King-sized bed with large closet (which also stores all of the baby equipment you could need!)

Bathroom 2: Gorgeous Farmhouse bathroom with built-in shelves, double vanity, and bathtub/shower, as well as fully stocked toiletries, blow dryer, towels, and more!

Downstairs Bunkroom: Two full beds (bunks), twin-sized trundle, and pull-out sofa.
