My family stayed here recently for a family wedding in the area. The house was so roomy! We were able to spread out in the 5 bedrooms very comfortably. It was very clean and well stocked with linens and everything we could need; full size washer/dryer, iron, fully appointed kitchen and coffee bar area (which we used daily). The bottle of wine and yummy homemade chocolate chip cookies were a great surprise. The game room was so much fun and all the books and toys for children were perfect for our two grandchildren. The backyard was beautiful and we enjoyed the hot tub, putting green and covered sitting areas. Also, we appreciated the pack-in-play and high chair that were already there. All of this made our trip so much less stressful and enjoyable! I was able to quickly communicate with the host with any questions. The neighborhood was very peaceful and clean. We even had a bald eagle visit us in the large tree next door.

Amazing stay for families

This home had everything. Nicely stocked kitchen, tons of space to gather and hang out. Plenty of room and beds for kids/teens and adults. The outdoor space is so fun, quiet hours after 9pm. Very comfortable beds! Bonus- the game room downstairs is the perfect space for everyone. Absolutely enjoyed spending a couple of days here.

Beautiful and Relaxing Place

The house was great for our family. Everything was as described in the listing. So much room for our family with 9 adults and one kid. We enjoyed the game room and two living spaces where we could all be together or enjoying separate activities. The open kitchen living space upstairs was great for cooking and eating meals together. The hot tub was great after a day of hiking in Rocky Mountain National Park, which was only an hour drive. It was also nice after a day of late spring skiing at Arapaho Basin, which was about 2 hour drive. Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate so we did not get to use the backyard as much as we would have liked but we did get to make s’mores one evening. The hosts thought of so many extras to make this stay extra special. From the well stocked kitchen with all the dishes, pans, equipment needed to cook meals to the well stocked bathrooms to games for all ages. Hosts went the extra mile to make us feel welcome.

The home was perfect for us. We were traveling with 6 adults and 5 children and there was plenty of room for all of us. We grilled out for two nights and the kitchen had everything we needed to make delicious meals. The backyard was exceptional! From the hot tub to the sitting areas not to mention the cornhole game and putting green. We ranged in age from 9 years old to 79 years old and there were no complaints from anyone. I had to contact our host a couple of times with questions, and she was very prompt about getting back to me with answers. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.
