Hi Holly, Thank you for the review. After receiving your text at 4:11am asking to check in early on your arrival date we accepted your early checkin request, although we had tenants checking out that same day. But we made the effort to get our cleaning folks to hurry and get the place ready for you guys. Not sure if you are familiar with Colorado weather but we get random bipolar weather all the time and can not keep up with clearing out the driveway this is why we leave a shovel for guests in case snow arrives and we are not their to clear it up. Next time we would so appreciate any concerns you may have instead of leaving a review that is not fair to the host as you did not mention any of your concerns to us nor did you respond to our VRBO messages. We left you a five star review although no communication was fully made except you asking to check in early. We sent you a total of 4 text message including one that says "please let us know if there is anything we can help with or do" with our phone numbers to make it easier for folks in general. But again no response. If you do not let hosts know these things hosts assume you are having a great stay. Also, to address the beds it states in the listing our beds are firm, these are new beds and of course everyone has different comfort levels in the type of bed they prefer but again make sure to read the listing before booking if you are looking for softer beds. We hope you can truly be fair to your next host. Thank you again.

As we like to have our home clean and safe, its super important to us and try our best to have tenants follow rules so we can keep it this way. Thank you for the review, Amanda. I am sorry you felt this way about our home. We have a strict shoe policy for many reasons, one our kids have severe allergies and if everyone was to wear shoes inside the home bringing in poops, pee that all the dogs are the neighborhood expel then our home would not be clean. Bacteria, parasite, virus live on your shoes, you should really look into this. This is why during covid they told everyone to make sure not to touch delivered packages or wear your shoes in homes as you could contract the virus this way. So our no shoe policy is in the listin before you booked the place, if this was a concern you should have never booked our home. Also, your communication regarding any issues was never stated to us and it is unfortunate that you decided to give us a two star for reasons that don't even make sense. Regarding check out again instructions are stated in the listing, if you have a problem with doing simple things then read the listing carefully and only book a place that does not ask you to do this. Our price for a beautiful, fully furnished, with all amenities would not priced at the price you paid if we have to pay our cleaners extra for the fact that you are to lazy to remove your shoes, and put the laundry in the laundry room. This is not a hotel, it is a VRBO and some folks require different check out instructions. Before giving anyone a low star you should think about what you are saying as the home is super cozy stated by many!
