Cleanliness is very important to us, and we're disappointed to hear the bathrooms were not cleaned to the standard we strive to provide. We will address this with our housekeeping team immediately. Hello Ashlee! Thank you for your feedback. Great, that you enjoyed the location of Villa Madeira and the beautiful beach. We are so sorry that you were disappointed in this condo. The photos are true images of the condo/furnishings and were taken not that long ago. We are a bit surprised that you weren't satisfied with the sheets. We've been getting great comments since we switched to higher quality linens a while back. Please be assured that we are taking all reviews serious and appreciate the feedback to help improve our services. We will take your comments into account as we advise the owner on improvements to be made. Thank you for staying with us and we really hope you'll visit Madeira Beach again!

Thank you for this feedback and we will be sure to share this with the owners, we are so sorry you were not happy in this condo! We do have a category of condos in our program that carry a "premier" designation and those will carry recent updates throughout. We have a handful of those at the Villa Madeira and perhaps a different unit may be a better fit and we would be happy to help you with that should you return to our area. We again are sorry if you were not fully pleased with your stay in this unit and we will be sure to share this feedback with the owners.

Glad to hear you enjoyed the location but we are sorry you were not fully pleased with the rest. We have passed this over to the owners for their review and knowledge. We are sorry you didn't have all that you needed in the kitchen but thank you for calling us so that we could help with some items. As far as beach towels, that is one item that the owners are not required to provide as they are constantly missing and it became quite costly to keep restocking. We do state that on our website as well but are sorry that it was an inconvenience for you. The lock box we would like to have on the property as well, however, we have not been approved for that by the condo association so unfortunately that is not something we can change at this time. We hope the beaches outweighed the other items and that you enjoyed your time in the area.
