Cozy split home/duplex? A nice place to sleep but the kids next door were quite loud and the parking is terrible.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Both units are short‑term rentals, and the same house rules apply to each. During your stay, no concerns or complaints were communicated to us, which made it difficult to address or resolve any issues in real time. Street parking in front of the property has consistently been sufficient for guests, and we were not made aware of any parking difficulties during your visit. Had we known, we would have gladly offered guidance or alternatives. We work hard to ensure every guest has a comfortable experience, and open communication is essential for us to help when something isn’t meeting expectations. This home is located in the downtown area, where parking can naturally be more limited due to its proximity to popular attractions, so availability may vary at peak times.

The host is very nice and communicated quickly with us whenever we had questions. The check in/out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. There is no driveway and it is on a busy street, so street parking is very limited. The outside of the house is a little deceiving, as there was garbage scattered around and weeds growing all over the backyard. The unit itself is nicely decorated and was clean, the kitchen has all the utensils you would need. We did find there to be small bugs in the kitchen, but the living room and bedrooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable (including the pull out sofa).We did have neighbors in the other unit who were quite noisy late at night, but overall it did its job for the nights we stayed.

Convenient location for the Convention Center. Fit our family of 4 perfectly. It was nice to have space to spread out instead of a hotel. Had everything we needed. The 2 bunks fit our pretty tall kids. It was very clean!

Work Trip

Was a great place to stay during a week long work trip. Was nice to have a home feeling every day instead of a hotel room. Very close to all amenities, will stay again if I’m ever back in the area!

Overall the property is well maintained. It was a great stay, the only thing was, it’s a duplex, so the walls are extremely thin. Other than that it was perfect.

Great host property. I was stuck last minute by a previous host. West End was more then gravious to take my booking and extended my rental time since i hadnt anything booked. Great location, great condo First on the list when coming back to Fort Wayne

Beds were comfy, kitchen had adequate dish-ware to be able to cook your own meals. The living area was spacious and the couch was comfy. Tv had a fire stick so it was equipped with the apps most people use for their streaming services. Host was responsive and kind. Improvements : There could probably be more paper towel. There were no dish cloths since there is a dishwasher, but we could have used one to wipe the counter down. I always bring disinfectant wipes so I made it work. Could have more than one kitchen towel. The house is on a very busy road so it is not easy to park at first until you know exactly where it’s at. It’s also on a one way, so if you pass it, you have to go back around again. I am not used to city driving, so this could just be more of a personal opinion. Overall I recommend.

Quick Trip

We came to town for a volleyball tournament. The property was very clean, super cute, stocked with appropriate towels, and very easy to check in/out. The towels are like clouds! The only 3 things we didn’t like was there were NO light bulbs in any of the lamps so we had to use the over head lights the whole time, no rugs for our feet inside before needing to step on the perfect white rug inside, and it was so wet outside the sidewalks had re-freezed with no salt preparation on them so it was a dangerous walk. But we would without a doubt stay at this property again!
