Private entrance: Located on the alley side, offering quiet seclusion.
Amenities: WiFi, air conditioning, and access to a washer and dryer (shared with a neighbor).

Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, our studio is just steps from both the beach and the bay. Enjoy sunrises over the bay and sunsets over the Pacific. Local coffee shops, cafés, restaurants, and convenience stores are just a block away.
