Located in the heart of Seattle, in the vibrant Belltown neighborhood, this 1-bed, 1-bath apartment (up to 4/queen sofabed) is next to the city's most exciting attractions. On the first floor of our building, you'll find 7 different restaurants, with bars, clubs, and plenty of nightlife steps away. The city's top sights, including the waterfront with the Ferris wheel, aquarium, and Pier 66, are only a 10-12 minute walk. You're also close to the Space Needle, where you'll find museums and seasonal activities for all ages. In the summer, enjoy the iconic water fountain in full swing. Plus, the apartment features a private balcony with stunning views of the Space Needle. This is the ideal spot for a getaway in Seattle, with everything you need to experience the city's best in one convenient location.

Great location!!

This place was immaculate and the location couldn’t be better. We parked our rental car in the garage when we checked in and took it out when we checked out as everything was within walking distance. Highly recommend.

Good Location for Sightseeing

We enjoyed our stay here and it was located within walking distance of Pikes Market and Space Needle. Good restaurants as well. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive.

The property was beautiful and extremely safe. I love where it was located and the amenities were excellent. Our sons stayed on the pull out couch and reported that it was wonky and uncomfortable. However, the bed in the room was fantastic. Overall we had an excellent experience.

Seattle getaway

The apartment was spotless and well-appointed. It was easy to meet and communicate with the owner and the greeter. Best of all was the central location in Belltown, which made it easily walkable to the Space Needle and to Pike St. Market. Loads of restaurants nearby. When we were tired of sightseeing, we sat outside on the balcony with a glass of wine.

PERFECT STAY

This property was literally the PERFECT STAY for my daughter and I to visit Seattle for the first time. It was walking distance to basically every site. The place was immaculately clean, beds comfortable, and had everything that we needed in it. The gym on the facility was such a convenience as well and had a lot of equipment. When I come back to Seattle, I will absolutely look to stay there again. Lots to do within walking distance!

Great location, nice apt and amenities

We were met by Juan who showed us the apartment and around the property. He was very helpful. Lia, the owner was very responsive. We were quite comfortable and enjoyed the small balcony, exercise room as well as 7th floor patio. The Italian restaurant, La Vita Bella just below the restaurant was wonderful. Bangrak Market is ver close and superb for Thai food. The location is an easy walk to Pike Place Market and the bay. Also close to the space needle and Chihuly Gardens.

A Good Experience in Belltown

The host was understanding and responsive! The space was clean and comfortable. I learned that air conditioning is not common in Seattle (lol)---and it was warm when we visited. The host did provide fans and the location does not get much direct sunlight which helped to keep the space more comfortable. The location is close to many cool sights and experiences in Seattle. That being said, it could be a little loud at night (restaurant on the bottom floor, 2nd Avenue is a busy street, and the location of the apartment is closer to an intersection with a stop light). The host was considerate and supplied earplugs and eye masks to help counteract those factors. Overall, it was a good experience and Lia (the host) definitely goes above and beyond to accomodate guests!

The location was perfect for getting to Climate Pledge Arena, we came up for a Kraken game and had and easy time getting to and from the game. 2nd Ave is a lot busier than I anticipated, but I imagine weeknights aren't quite as busy with nightlife. Lia was very accommodating with my late check-in request, as there is no self check-in. The unit itself could have used a bit more of a cleaning but I might just be picky and it wasn’t anything terrible just some rogue stickiness and a trash can that hadn’t been taken out. Overall if you just need a place to crash near the Seattle Center and you want your car to be in a safe place this is a fine option for a reasonable price.
