*NO EXCEPTIONS without prior approval in writing. Guests who 1) check-in early OR check-out after 10 AM will be charged a $75 every 30 minutes past check out time. If check-out is past 1 PM, an additional night will be charged. This allows our cleaning team to prepare for the next guest!

The house is beautiful and the neighborhood was very quiet. Great for going for a walk. The location was great. Easy access to Tahoe City for grocery shopping and dinning. Truckee is about 20 minutes away.The kitchen was well equipped with lots if seating in the dinning area. The beds were very comfortable. The house was clean and the linins were nice. There are big TVs in the living room and two bedrooms. Host was very responsive with some questions. I would stay again!

Great house in the mountains

Jason is an excellent host and was very responsive to questions and accommodating. Some of the appliances had issues, but it sounds like they will be being replaced. Overall we loved our time there and would likely return with a few small improvements. There are many very nice elements like a 2 car garage with an EV charger, very nicely decorated with stylish and comfortable furniture and a hot tub right off the living room.

great place and hosts!

We loved the house and location next to Alpine! Super clean, nice kitchen and bathrooms. We had one issue with hot water not working and the hosts quickly addressed it having a plumber come by to find a water valve was left on in the garage. Our kids loved the jacuzzi! Our only small gripe: the TV in the living room is way too high, haha. Would be great if they could lower it…we’ll stay again!

Our stay had both positives and negatives

The location was convenient, and the space itself had potential, but there were several issues that impacted our experience.The biggest concern was the bathroom situation—plumbing problems with the only tub and a on seperate bathrooms made it difficult to use the facilities as needed. The kitchen was also understocked, which made meal prep more challenging than expected. While management acknowledged some of our concerns, they disagreed that these issues significantly impacted our stay.That said, they did indicate that they would work with vendors and bring in a handyman/plumber to address the problems. If those fixes happen, future guests may have a better experience, but unfortunately, we wouldn’t book this rental again based on our stay.

Lovely home

This house was spacious, clean and loved loved loved having a garage to pull straight into. The owner Jason was easy to contact and responsive. My kids liked the air hockey table, games and hot tub. Hot tub did back right up to neighbors house though. We would return again and appreciated the close location to the mountain.

Our stay was amazing! The cabin was beautifully decorated and located minutes away from slopes. We loved the cozy living room with a fireplace and the well-equipped kitchen. The host was very attentive and provided great communication. We had a wonderful time and will plan another stay in the near future. Highly recommended.
