ワンダフルアーキテクトは、国有林に隣接する私有の山の中に堂々と位置する家を設計しました。他の家は見えません。 メインのリビングレベルには、26フィートの高さの大聖堂の天井、大きな石の暖炉、ステンレス鋼の電気器具を備えた現代的なキッチン、6バーナーのサーマドールレンジ、花崗岩のカウンター、ノコギリの尾根の素晴らしい景色がある巨大な素晴らしい部屋があります。 滝のある南向きのデッキもあります。 マスターベッドルームのウィングには、大きなベッドルームとダブルシンク、バスタブ、シャワー付きのバスルームがあります。 また、ランドリールームと小さなベッドルーム（以前はホームオフィス）があり、このウィングにはツインベッドがあります。 ロフトの2階には、バスルームと3つのベッドルーム（2つのクイーンと1つのフル）があります。 TV / VCR、L字型ソファ、卓球台、ポーカーテーブル、フルバス、布団、二段ベッドの床の間の巨大なレクリエーションルームを階下でお楽しみください。 12人用のベッドがありますが、大きなグループはソファを使用するか、マットレスを吹き飛ばすことができます。

Great place to stay. Private, plenty of parking amenities were amble. We had a large group. Plenty of room to hang out and spread out for 12-14 people.Would recommend and most likely book again!

The home was amazing! Even better than advertised. We've stayed at quite a few VRBO's and this home had everything in terms of quality kitchen appliances/tools, access to additional towels, pillows, etc. The communication with the owners was fantastic. Would highly recommend.

We had a group of 10 from out of state stay here and everyone was stoked on the house and location. Out of the way but close to everything, well stocked and easy to deal with. The pictures don’t do it justice. 10/10 will book here again.

Such a great place!

Our family went up for a family vacation and for a wedding. The house is everything you see as advertised. Check in and checkout are super easy, communication with the owner is fantastic. Very responsive, very accommodating. We are already planning our winter vacation for this location. Enjoy! We sure did!

Great stay!

My friends and I had a great time at this stay. Check-in procedure was easy and straightforward and the host was responsive to all my questions. The location was great for access to Palisades. Would love to stay here again!

Great clean place to stay

We were 3 families staying for a long weekend with kids from 4-16. The property was clean really nice. We were able to cook dinner 2 nights and Palisades was very close. The kids loved staying in the rec room where there were a lot of activities for them in there. We would stay here again.

Great Cabin

Amazing cabin with every appliance and amenity that we could have hoped for. My step mom was also impressed with the selection of board games stocked in the house. Very communicative host. No problems at all!

Weekend stay in Tahoe

Stayed with our family for the weekend. The house was huge, plenty of room and had everything we needed. There was a power outage late at night and Kevin was quick to respond when I messaged him! The only con was there were a few little critter bugs in the basement that appeared on my cousins pillow and in the basement bathroom. Other than that, it was great for a large group!

Very convenient and great experience

Overall, had a great stay at this property. We are a family of 11 folks and had an excellent time during thanksgiving. Check in process was easy, good area to walk the pets out and lots of beds for folks to sleep comfortably. Would luv to rent again in the future.

Great Location and House

Everything as represented. I have done several VRBO’s and to me the most important thing is communication with the owner/manager. In this rental it was great, always prompt and helpful. I have no trouble recommending this property.

Great house for a large group!

To start, communication with the owner was fantastic. We were so happy to have so much information and the available to ask any questions.The house is cozy, yet very roomy. The main room has awesome high ceiling adding to the feeling of space. The kitchen was very well equipped and large enough for use by multiple helpers. We had small children included in our party and they loved the house, one said she wanted to stay instead of going home! So sweet!

Great getaway off the beaten path

Large enough for our extended family and very private! Be aware that you may need 4WD to make it up the driveway depending on the weather. The cabin is very well equipped. The internet service can be spotty, but there is TV service.

Great Home for Family and close to Palisades.

We have 3 children under 12 and they loved the house. It is spacious. They loved the game room. We wanted to take our kids snowboarding for the first time and it was a 5 minutes drive to Palisades. The directions where great, the host has excellent communication. We would love to come back. We highly recommend!

Snow Globe with my Family

The house is such a wonderful location especially if you're going to Palisades. It's the perfect combo of feeling secluded in the woods and being very close to restaurants and the freeway. It's great for a large group. We loved that we could bring our dog. We had everything we needed and a lot of space. My favorite feature of the house is the big beautiful living room window. It was snowing so it was like we were staying in a snow globe.

Hiking group-great location and space

Great property. Was hot at night and weren’t allowed to open all the windows and no access to AC (if there was one?). Wi-Fi wasn’t working, but owner also communicated that beforehand and apologized. Overall great stay! Will look into staying again in the future. Thank you!

The check in was very good once we remembered the old gym locker process of left , go past right, and then left again. We were very impressed with the fact that all 12 of us could fit into the condo very comfortably. The dining room had a table that made our celebrations possible. The major drawback of this lovely condo is the fact that it’s close enough to the main road to hear traffic, which at times was so loud that it drowned out conversation on the deck. Our four young boys enjoyed the downstairs game room with the bunkbeds, and had a great time, playing games and cards. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the bedrooms were clean. The bathrooms needed to have more than one towel placed in them, as we did not find the extra towels until the day before we left. Aside from these few drawbacks, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Large house in a great location

We enjoyed our stay! The house was large, clean, and well-stocked. The only downside was that we had issues with the internet, and there is little to no cell service in the house. This may not be an issue for many vacationers, but some in our group were planning to work remotely and were unable to. Other than that, the house was great!

We are architects in San Francisco and designed and built this house in 2006. Raising two boys in the city, we have always known the importance of getting away to the wonderful outdoors that the Tahoe area has to offer. We started the boys skiing, fishing and hiking when they were 2 years old and they still enjoy the same activities today as young adults. With the boys now grown, we have the opportunity to open our home so that other families can partake in the same enjoyment that we have had over the years.

This property is conveniently and centrally located. About equidistant to Truckee and Lake Tahoe (Tahoe City), and only 1.5 miles to the Palisades/Squaw Valley entrance, this location is ideal. The house is designed for families or groups and is very spacious. It has been designed in the Tahoe vernacular and built majestically into the hillside to capture the view. Top of the line kitchen appliances and large dining room create a great opportunity for family and friends to dine together.
