Kitchen equipped with full size fridge, dishwasher, microwave/air fryer, and 2 burner cooktop. Backyard is equipped with pizza oven, deck, and a cowboy pool

Pull out couch for extra guests right infront a large picture window. Perfect way to wake up to views.

Pet friendly but please keep dogs out of pool and off furniture

Beautiful little house that was perfect for our little get away. Comfy bed and great shower. Great place to bring your dogs. Everything you need is at the house. We cooked both evenings we were there and it worked well.The huge picture window with the view of the property is fantastic.Really can’t say enough everything was excellent. Hoping to come back again.

Super clean and cute rural place. Good communication with very nice owner. Private location with easy, short drive into Austin. Would love to rent it again during the Summer to enjoy the cowboy pool under a star-filled Texas sky. Anyone wanting the small town atmosphere of Bastrop, and the wonderful musical, dining and fun offerings of Austin, this is the perfect middle ground! Best of both worlds. So glad we found this listing! Merry Christmas!

Christmas in Texas

My wife and I...with dogs were able to spend our Christmas here in the middle of a trip across country. Everything was as advertised and the hosts were very accommodating. We had a great time and would do it again!

I thought this property was great! Surrounded by wood and scrub but a short drive to all the supplies and dining options someone traveling to the area for work could need. I will definitely book again if I find myself return to the Austin area for more work or pleasure in the future.

Such a wonderful space - inside and out. Loved exploring the creek behind the property and just sitting on the porch, enjoying nature. The hosts were also very gracious and understanding. Will definitely be back!
