Nestled on the Monterey Bay in Santa Cruz County, this cozy vacation home offers front row breathtaking ocean views, direct beach access, and the perfect getaway for relaxation or adventure.

• Location: On the sand steps from the beach with breathtaking panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean from bedrooms and upper balcony.
• Comfortable Accommodations: Spacious living areas, fully equipped kitchen, inviting bedrooms and in-unit laundry.
• Outdoor Space: Upper & lower level private decks, perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets.
• Modern Amenities: High-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs, remote blackout blinds and a fireplace for cozy evenings in.

No smoking or vaping in the unit and 100' from buildings on Pajaro Dunes property.
Please use the outdoor shower to rinse sand off of yourself, your beach treasures, dishes, etc. Sand will clog our plumbing. There is also a large "Sand Brush" located at the front door.
Infants/Toddlers/Small Children: We have no safety measures or equipment.
Watch for safety signs on the Dunes & Seawalls.
No guest access to router/wifi closet. Tampering with internet or wifi will result in cancelation without refund. Smart devices effecting our insurance coverage are connected to WiFi.
