The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet, and the house was large enough for my whole family to be comfortable. The host was also very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.

Bedding was not clean, washing machine is rusted and leaked everywhere. Shower upstairs was clogged and left you standing in 6 inches of water, towel racks fell off wall, found melted butter in a dish in the kitchen cabinet. Recommend a new cleaning service.

Good location but the steep driveway was a downfall. Host definitely tells you ahead of time before staying there so you just have to take a chance. Also the Host was super attentive to anything we needed. He even let us check in early and no charge. The house was spacious and great outdoor patio and fire pit to enjoy but we weren’t there long enough to try it out. However why I gave it only four stars is because the house could have been cleaner. And the washer was rusty around the top of the tub and it leaked slightly on the floor. Definitely safe since it was a gated community. Thank you for the stay.

Beautiful house! The rooms were clean and functional for everyone! The garden tub was absolutely fantastic and roomy. The decorations were gorgeous and the furniture very comfortable! The back patio was stunning. Also they had a pack and play in house that made life very much easier for us!

The house was spacious and had most of what we needed for our stay. The picture of the curved driveway is misleading as it is quite steep, which was a bit tricky to navigate but we figured it out.A couple of the kitchen cabinets were loose/crooked/unstable, and the dishwasher didn’t seem to be screwed into place. If you pulled too hard to open it, the whole thing would move. We couldn’t find any back up indoor trash bags, although we found an empty box, which made clean up a bit harder.The only suggestions I have are trash cans in the bathroom. The lack of this item makes it hard on women who might need a close place to dispose of things while in the restroom. Also, the fan in the bedroom closest to the guest bath downstairs is very loud when on, making it impossible to sleep unless it was turned off.

Overall the stay was good. A/C upstairs wasn’t working but the host responded quickly and had someone out the very next day early.

The house is in a great area and nice neighborhood. It is furnished as you would expect a rental to be furnished. Comfortable but not exactly luxurious. The house and yard both need some attention. Faded fake flowers in the front yard, overgrown in the back. Indoors there were some loose cabinet doors but overall it was very nice. The only real issue was the AC. It was programmed to stay at 85 which was not at all comfortable in Houston in August. We could turn it down but it would consist back up. The lowest temp on the thermostat while we were there was 76 though it felt much warmer. We are Texans so we are used to heat, which is why we keep our home at a comfortable 72. This place was a bit too warm for us. Lastly be aware before booking that the driveway is extremely steep. Be prepared to use your parking break and exit extremely slowly.

Worked out great for us

I was in town for a family gathering and this place was perfect for me and the family. It was in a good location for where we needed to be and there is quite a bit of stores close by. The house was plenty big and had a lot of nice areas to hang out in.

A house we like

This house has a great layout and is great for a large family. We (4 adults and 3 young children) were very comfortable and never in each other's space. We really like it.

Spacious comfortable house

The house is quite comfortable and spacious, and the upstairs bunk room is awesome. We enjoyed our stay visiting April Sound. We would be inclined to rent here again on future visits.

Beautiful, gated neighborhood attached to lake Conroe! Country club community and golf course! Country club members have access to marina, tennis courts, country club, golf course, swimming pool and more! April sound is a well desired location in Montgomery, TX!

この宿泊施設の特徴

Home can host a good number of guests with its size and room accommodation! We are pet friendly hosts with doggy door installed (options to keep closed or open) and fully fenced back yard! We have a covered patio with seating to enjoy outdoors! Theres also a fire pit in the backyard for families to gather around get cozy and make memories! We have a large play structure for families with small kiddos!
