Welcome to this spacious, centrally located home in "Old Midland," just 1.3 miles from the hospital. Perfect for families or groups, this home features five comfortable bedrooms, each with a 14-inch Queen mattress and a smart TV—three are located on the main floor, and two generously sized bedrooms are upstairs. The primary bedroom includes a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while a second bathroom with a walk-in shower is conveniently located in the downstairs hallway. Upstairs, you'll find a third bathroom with a tub and shower combination.
The outdoor space is a true highlight, offering a half-court basketball area with a full-size hoop and glass backboard (basketballs provided) and an artificial turf putting green with putters and golf balls ready for use. You can also relax on the patio, complete with outdoor furniture, all within a fully enclosed backyard surrounded by a cinder block wall for added privacy.
Whether you're here for work or leisure, this home provides comfort, convenience, and plenty of amenities in a prime location!
