Location! Location! Location! -- Stunning heated pool home with over 2300 sf of living space located steps from the South bridge of Siesta Key. This roomy, 4-Bedroom, 3-bathroom home can comfortably accommodate up to 13 guests. Two living rooms, Two modern kitchens, flat screens, comfy beds, awesome outdoor patio area, garage parking, roomy split-plan. Short walk over the bridge and you're at the beach or 5 min drive to #1 Siesta Key Beach, shopping, bars & restaurants. You will love it here!

This captivating 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom home features all the amenities you can think of for your beach vacation and offers an unbeatable location. This home is ideal for families and small groups.

This home can accommodate up to 13 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:

Other things to note:
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government-issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- A mandatory pool heat fee of $25 per day is required from November to March. We aim to keep the pool at 86°F, but if outdoor temperatures drop below 70°F, the water temperature may decline. Please note that specific temperatures cannot be guaranteed.
- Pets: Two (2) small to mid-size dogs allowed per reservation. A Non-Refundable $150 pet fee required per pet.
- Quiet Time Hours from 10pm to 6am: We request guests not be notably loud or rowdy during this time frame.
-Trash pick-up day is every Monday morning of each week, unless interrupted by a Holiday (next day)

The house and pool were great especially the kids enjoyed the pool. Super clean home and comfortable beds. The location was perfect for the beaches. The kitchen was well appointed with lots of dishes for our party of 9. We would stay there again if in Siesta Key!

Siesta Key

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was exactly as listed. We all enjoyed the pool and the closeness of the house to the beach. The communication with the property manager was excellent also. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay

The property is located in a great area. Lots to do and close to the beach. Very nice place!!! Lots of room and very clean.

Short Walk To Siesta Key

The location was good. The home is a 1/2 mile walk across the south connector to Captain Curt's, making it easy to walk to some locations and Point of Rocks beach. The house has a lot of room if you have a big group.The home was listed for sale during the time we were there, so it isn't clear if this home will continue to be offered for rent if it remains on the market.There were a number of maintenance related items we shared with the management company. Hopefully these will be addressed for the next renters. The screen porch had missing and torn screens which were only partially repaired while we were there, so we used duct tape to repair some of the worst areas to reduce the bugs. Additionally the floors were in need of cleaning when we arrived, so we purchased cleaning supplies and a swiffer for use while we were there.The management company could have been more responsive on repairs, or possibly pushed to have items addressed prior to rental. We also had a disappointing result with the pool heat, likely due to communication with the pool management company. The result was that our grandkids didn't get to use the pool after they arrived from New York. It is a beautiful pool though.Hopefully the items we experienced were due to a new rental in transition to become a rental. It was still rough around the edges during our stay, but this could become a very nice rental.

Christmas holiday

Great holiday getaway. House is in a great location for accessing Siesta Key and Sarasota. Vacation home was clean, plenty big enough for kids, dog and adults. The pool and house were comfortable and accurate to the listing.
