-Quiet hours are 10 PM - 8 AM. This is strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance.
-No shoes in the home.
-No parties or events are allowed. If evidence of a party is found a $550 fee will be assessed.
-No pets allowed.
-NO FIREWORKS.
-The garage is intended only for storage of your luggage and things. Parking or driving your vehicle in the garage is prohibited. A $500 penalty will be accessed.
-Only registered guests may be on the property including in the backyard.
Extra guests will be charged at $50 per person per night.
-Booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must accompany the booking party at all times.

--Check-in time 4:00 PM.
--Check-out time 11:00 AM.

-Please put all trash in the garbage can outside. Garbage & Recycle gets picked up on Wednesday morning, please put the trash can out to the curb.

-The key to the studio in the back is only give when the party is booking more than 9 people. If booking party is 8 or less people there are enough sleeping spots in the house to accommodate 8 people.
-Absolutely no smoking on the property (including vape). If evidence of either is found you will be charged a $550 fine.
-Remote controls for all of the ceiling fans in the house are located in the kitchen cabinet next to the coffee maker. If lost or broken replacement cost is $150 per remote control. (please place them back in the kitchen cabinet where found.)
-Damages are subject to the cost of repair or replacement.

-If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back.
