Terrible experience! When we entered the home, we were met with an odoriferous smell. Upon inspection, there were used, damps wash clothes in the bathrooms, the kitchen oven was dirty along with a damp rag hanging on the sink, no toilet paper, drool on the pillow case, dirty clothes in the washer and dryer, bathroom faucets had toothpaste on them, the refrigerator was full of opened food and drinks and the big kicker was the chicken and rice dish that had been placed in the cabinet above the refrigerator. We felt like we had walked into someone’s occupied home when they weren’t expecting us to. The host was very apologetic though.

Thank you for your feedback, and I sincerely apologize for the condition of the home upon your arrival. This is absolutely not the standard of cleanliness or hospitality we aim to provide for our guests. Please know that after investigating this matter, the cleaning company responsible was immediately terminated, and corrective measures were taken to ensure this does not happen again. A full refund was also issued to you as a result of this unacceptable experience. I truly appreciate you bringing these issues to my attention and giving me the opportunity to address them. I am deeply sorry your stay began this way and regret the inconvenience and disappointment caused.
