Summary:
Beautifully Renovated House with Private Roof Top Deck Views to Downtown. The house is professionally cleaned and sanitized after every guest. House has been thoughtfully designed to be the perfect escape for families, or small groups of friends. Easy 5 minute drive to French Quarter, kitchen overlooks the new Lafitte Greenway bike path that gives easy access to all the attractions, 1 block from Whole Foods, this house has everything you need for a quick trip or longer stay.
The Space:
This house has a unique floor plan that works great for families, couples or small friend groups. The master bedroom has a separate entrance if needed, bar in the master, private deck and en-suite bathroom. Kitchen is fully stocked and full of light, relax on the private roof top deck that offers views of downtown. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has 2 full beds. 3 bedrooms, 3 baths total. New renovation and custom design, this space has so much to offer, and is very spacious with all the upgrades.
Guest Access:
This is a whole private house. There is a occupied garage below the house that the owner uses as a work shop, otherwise the property is exclusively for your use.
The Neighborhood:
We love living in Mid-City! Vibrant, full of character and lots of local restaurants. It is very walkable, or a less then 10 minute drive to the French quarter and other tourist attractions. The house is right next to a bike path that will take you either to city park or the French quarter, Whole Foods is just a block away. 1 block down is a world famous boxing gym (free day passes included in reservation) that also has additional work out equipment for your use. Mid-City has it all, local flavor, while still being centrally located!
Getting Around:
There are bike rental kiosks near by, the street car is just a few blocks away. There is also plenty of free street parking, or Uber and Lyft are easy affordable options as well.
Other Things to Note:
This home contains a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in a common area and not in any bedroom or bathroom.
