Note: * 6-minute/.25 mi. walk to the Beach Club/Beach is dependent on pace of walk. It may take longer for elderly or small children, but the shuttle can deliver you in minutes if you are adverse to the short walk.
• Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
Only 8 guests at the most may sleep in the unit. We have 3 bedrooms to accommodate 6 and 1 queen murphy bed for 2 additional guests. Couches are not to be used for sleeping. A maximum of 10 people may be inside the home at one time. So, please, no parties. Violations will result in a $500 fee
• Check-in time: 4:00 PM - Check-out time: 10:00 AM
• NO SMOKING or VAPING inside the home, on the screened porch or in garage
• Please be courteous other neighbors...the front porch is a shared space. Please hang beach towels on hooks provided on the garage wall and not the railings
• We ask that no food or drink be brought into or consumed in the upstairs bedrooms.
• Accessibility Notice: This townhome has two sets of stairs
• All guests must follow the HOA rules set in place by Lost Key. If any guest violates those rules, Lost Key will require us to enforce an immediate checkout that is nonrefundable.
• Per the HOA, there is NO PARKING ON the STREET. There is free parking on the property for up to 3 vehicles. This includes parking in the garage and the driveway. Larger vehicles may take up extra space and limit parking to 2 vehicles.
• Due to HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by the booking parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We reserve the right to cancel a reservation at the time of check-in, if the person renting the unit is not present at the time of check-in. Refunds will not be available if this occurs.
Possible Fees:
- $50 charge per lost amenities key card
- $25 charge for lost amenties wristband
-$500 charge if anyone smokes/vapes in the house, porch, or garage
-$500 charge if more than 8 people sleep in the unit at any time; or more than 10 people occupy the space at anytime. NO PARTIES!
-Dogs will be considered. $225 pet fee is non-refundable upon approval of dog; or if a dog is brought into the property without approval, and could be cause for termination of your stay. An approved dog must be an adult dog under 45#, house-trained and preferably non- to low-shedding
