**Bedrooms:**
Each bedroom offers a comfortable, stylish escape designed to help you unwind after a day of adventure.
The master bedroom features a plush king-size bed, cozy linens, and soft lighting, with large windows that allow natural light to flow in and a view of the pool, palm trees and sandy beach.
The second bedroom includes a comfortable queen-size bed, decorated with vibrant tropical accents that make it feel like a private retreat and has a 55` smart flat-screen TV.
The third bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds, making it perfect for kids or friends to share. It also has a 55` smart flat-screen TV. All rooms have storage space, soft bedding, and calming decor to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep.

Both bathrooms are modern, spacious, and fully stocked with essentials.
The master bathroom boasts a walk-in shower and elegant finishes, while the second bathroom features a shower-tub combo, ideal for families with kids. Each bathroom is thoughtfully designed to make you feel at home.

3. Quiet Hours: The City enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect these times to avoid fines up to $500.

Any act of tampering with or disabling or unplugging any security device, camera, alarm or monitoring device will result in immediate eviction without refunds and possible fines and or repair charges.
8. Children must be supervised at all times.
9. Please leave the home as you found it and be considerate of neighbors regarding noise.
10. Swimming is only permitted in the pool and at your own risk.
11. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and complete a check-in form. Adults must carry a valid government issued ID.
