Located in Silver Shells Resort, St. Lucia Penthouse 2 is a 4-bedroom / 3-bathroom Gulf View Condo located on the top two floors, 13 and 14, and offers two balconies with views of the Gulf of Mexico.

This two-story condo features a lower living level offering a fully equipped and updated kitchen, living area with 2 flat panel TV and sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony offering Gulf views. Dining area with seating for six and additional seating at the bar. The first-floor master suite offers a king bed, flat panel TV and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom offers two twin beds, flat panel TV and sliders leading out to the balcony. The guest bathroom offers a walk in shower and services the twin bedroom.

Upstairs offers a large master suite that offers a seating area, King bed, flat panel TV, private balcony with views of the Gulf, and an en-suite bathroom that offers a dual vanity, soaking tub and shower. The upstairs also offers an additional bedroom with a double bunkbed w/trundle.

Silver Shells Resort is centrally located in Destin and is a Gulf front resort offering over 600 feet of white sand beaches. Located in the center of the resort is the lagoon pool offering views of the Gulf of Mexico. A kid's pool and hot tub are also located in the lagoon pool area. Chaise loungers, sitting chairs and tables are also located on the pool deck. Beach attendants are available to offer beach chairs, umbrellas (additional fee and open seasonally), and water sport rentals including parasailing, wave runners, sailboats and kayaks.

Our stay was great, We were 8 adults and 2 children. There was plenty of room for all of us. The location was great for both pool and beach access. Check in and out was very easy and effortless. Location to all the attractions and things to do was spot on. The condo was very sou d proof, so it was quite and peaceful. I would definitely book again.

We’ve stayed at Silver Shells Resort numerous times and LOVE it! This unit/penthouse was so clean, so spacious, & nicely decorated! Great comfortable quality furniture & furnishings! And great balcony furniture. The Master bedroom upstairs was insanely huuuge. The kitchen was very well stocked with soooo many nice kitchen wares!! At St Lucia there is a private pool and hot tub which is a nice feature.Communication with the host was FANTASTIC! Allie, Josh & Brad were so friendly, helpful, & responsive. I received regular emails & texts.We had a lovely time in great accommodations!

Beautiful Complex & Unit ~ Amazing Views From All Balconies

Could not have had a better stay! Unit was beautifully decorated, clean, and had everything we needed. Communication with management was great and they helped us get in early so we could maximize our stay! We will definitely be back to this unit next year!

We were disappointed with the condo. I felt the decor was not up to Silver Shells standard. We have stayed there many times in different buildings and this was the poorest. The condo was not that clean. The floors had not been moped and just felt dirty. The key fob situation was really hard. I don’t remember it being such an issue the other times we have stayed there. Last year there was an issue with underaged drinking so that may be the reason for the security this year. I understand most of this is beyond your control but please pass it on to whoever needs to know. We have stayed at Silver Shells many times but we feel it’s time to find another property for future vacations.

I apologize for the condition of the decor and cleanliness—floors should have been mopped—and for the frustrating key fob situation. We understand concerns about increased security and will share your comments with Silver Shells management and the owner so housekeeping, maintenance, and the key-fob procedures can be reviewed. We wish we had known during your stay so we could have attempted to address these issues immediately.
