Escape to the perfect blend of lakefront charm and city convenience! This adorable and beautifully updated tiny home offers big living in a cozy space, no shared walls, and a large deck with seasonal views of lake.
Step outside and enjoy parks, biking, and walking trails just blocks away from your front door. And when you need to hit the road, you’ve got quick access to highways 169, 394, and 55.

1 bedroom 1 bathroom property blocks from East Medicine Lake Park/Beach and Medicine Regional Trail. Seasonal views of lake from backyard. Close to boat slips. Superb location for commuting with easy access to 169, 94, 55, 394. Fifteen minutes to downtown Minneapolis. Please note that this central location means there may be some noise from the surrounding area, especially during evenings or weekends.

Guests are welcome to use the entire home. Shed access may be available upon request.

1. Check-in is at 3 pm. I will send a key code to you 48 hours before check-in.

2. Parking is available in the driveway.

3. Pets under 80lbs are allowed. A $25 cleaning charge will be added.

4. No smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed on the back patio, and an ashtray is provided for butts. Do not dispose of butts in the bushes or grass.

5. No parties or third-party visitors are allowed. Registered guests only.

6. Please leave used towels in the bathroom. Before you leave, please remove the trash bag and recycling bin then bring them outside.

7. Report any damages immediately. Any damages that exceed the deposit must be paid for by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.

8. Before you leave, please wash and put away any dishes or kitchenware you`ve used.

Comfortable bed. Pillows were a bit too tall/fluffy so some variety options would be good. I switched and used the ones in the pillow shams which were lower. A small table next to the bed for a cpap machine would be nice. I rolled in one of the barstools which worked since I was staying alone. Nice trail around the lake to walk around. The street noise was fine with earplugs. Cute place.

My second time staying at this Plymouth, MN location with my dogs. This is well appointed with all the needed furnishings to be very comfortable, has a well stocked kitchen with appliances and cookware that made it easy to help prepare Christmas dinner. A great choice to stay in any season.

Cute, clean, and convenient location

It’s challenging nowadays to find true pet friendly locations, yet this tiny home close to Medicine Lake was just perfect for my needs. Lovely decor, well appointed, comfortable, convenient to restaurants, shopping, lake walking trails. I was initially a bit concerned based on one of the recent reviews, but the property owner checked in with me to see how my stay was going, which I appreciated. Lovely VRBO that I’d stay at again.

Small but Nice

The house its self was very clean and well put together but the space is extremely small so keep in mind if you have more than one person staying. It was walkable from the beach and had a very nice lake walk, but is right off a busy road and highway that bedroom faces so it was quite noisy at night. Overall I would stay again.

The bathroom was badly caulked (shower and sink) and floor, parking spot was for 1 car and on poor pavers and when it rained, either side of the pavers was complete mud. We could not get out of our car until we had to buy large moving boxes to lay down over the mud all the way from the car to the house. Host said they would reimburse our account, but we are still waiting. There was also a cracked glass upon arrival and only 1 toilet paper and minimal paper towel. We had to ask for more toilet paper and paper towel. Response to our issues was slower than I would have liked. Heating wall system was also minimal and had to be turned up to maximum to even warm the house. I would not recommend this stay to anyone else and it was over priced.

Awful Experience

I didn’t get to check into the Vrbo because the owner never sent the access code. I messaged through the Vrbo app, called, and texted multiple times without the owner answering once. The help center also couldn’t get ahold of the owner. I was able to make last second arrangements to stay elsewhere but I would not recommend staying here.
