Our newly updated condo is in a fantastic Myrtle Beach location, Oceanvew Towers, Unit 1G and offers you:

--2 spacious bedrooms with 2 queen beds each, HDTV.
--2 full bathrooms.
--Bed sheets and towels provided.
--Fully stocked, modern kitchen.
--Comfortable living and dining area with HDTV.
--Washer & Dryer
--Hi-Speed WiFi.
--Outdoor Patio with table and a few chairs.
--Beach Chairs for your use.
--On-site Parking (1) one with additional parking on quiet, side street.

Note: There may be security cameras in the common areas of the condominium complex such as the hallways, parking area, and pools that are not owned or controlled by Elliott Realty, Inc. nor the owner of the condo.

Located just one block and a short walk from the beach, Our Ocean View Towers condo, 1G, is a prime location, close to Myrtle Beach's attractions! Just one block from the beach, and tucked away from the heavy hustle and bustle, Ocean View Towers is a very well maintained. This unit is ground floor but totally private and safe, making it very convenient and accessible. Parking onsite for one (1) vehicle with additional parking on street.

Ocean View Towers 1G is located on the north end of Myrtle Beach in a quiet area but still near all that Myrtle Beach has to offer.

There is 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms that are very spacious with walk-in closets. The full kitchen has been upgraded with granite countertops and has plenty of cabinets and counter space. It has been freshly painted and has new flooring in the living room and bedrooms.

Outside is a patio with quaint patio furniture, sit out there and enjoy the privacy that the mature shrubs provide...and then, walk one block to our iconic Grand Strand beach! Restaurants too!

OCEAN VIEW TOWERS 1G is an inviting MYRTLE BEACH vacation rental CONDO.

The property is well taken care of. Beautiful and cozy and 3-4 minutes walk to the beach. Everything in the area is within walking distance. Moreover, it was an easy check in and check out. The owner is really responsible. Family and I loved the place!

It’s a great spot for a family stay really enjoyed the pool and the beach was walking distance we brought all of our beach stuff with us chairs and everything but the property had some chairs as well. Elle was very helpful thank we will be choosing this property in the future.

Amazing Little Condo for Friends

I'm gonna be honest when I was booking this place, I wasn't expecting much since the price was a little on the lower side than other places I was looking at, but oh my gosh did it exceed my expectations. It wasn't huge obviously and there wasn't necessarily anything "special" about it, but the cleanliness of the condo, location (it's like a 5 minute walk to the beach) and the kindness of the host made this stay amazing. Highly recommend!

The unit had a few fruit flies when we first entered the unit, as each day passed the flies increased. Opened one cabinet and it was infested. The evening before I left they really increased. One even flew into my ear. I was able to get it out with a Qtip. The bedroom with tub had a mattress that sloped to one side, it should be replaced. I would not recommend this unit to anyone. I believe I should get a refund.

I really cannot brag on this property, and especially the host, enough. The condo exceeded my expectations and the communication and hospitality from the owner was the best I’ve experienced. The home was immaculately clean, fully stocked with anything you’d need (except beach towels, which didn’t affect us because we brought them, but I did notice there weren’t any. That may have been notes in the property description, I just can’t remember). The area is very nice and safe and close to everything you could want or need. The pool area was nice and clean and the walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all. Parking was a little tricky but once we got it figured out, it was no problem. Just make sure to park in guest parking only! :) We loved our stay and we will definitely be back to stay at this property. Thank you for sharing your perfect home with us and for treating us guests as family!
