This homey corner condo, steps from a private beach & pier, perfect for leisure and photoshoots, transforms your winter retreat. 2nd floor corner unit over looking forest views, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a cozy family room opening to a balcony, it promises memorable getaways. Five-minute drive to the cute little downtown Tahoe City. NorthStar, Palisades, Homewood, Diamond Peak, Mt. Rose are all near by.

The Space:
Bring your own Boat for example - Kayak, Stand Up Paddle Boarding etc. They are not available on site- you must bring your own. There are also rentals in town and must book early for delivery!

There is an indoor hot-tub during the winter.

Pool and Hot Tub (outdoors) are closed during winter - please check before booking to see if pool is available.

Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.

This home does not have Air Conditioning. Less than 10 percent residences in Tahoe have Air Conditioning. Fans are available and help cool down the home in the evenings.

Guest Access:
Door has a key code that will be given by day of check in.

Enviable location – steps to private beach, walk to Tahoe City restaurants, Skylandia Park, and a great neighborhood bakery. The condo has beach access with a private beach, private pier to get on and off boats easily and there are also boat rentals available in town if you want to go boating, jet skiing and all water toys. Next to boat launch and bike trail for Tahoe adventures. Is convenient to some of the best skiing in the state—it's about a 1.8-mile drive to Tahoe Cross Ski Area.
Palisades at Tahoe (formerly known as Alpine Meadows & Squaw Valley, North Star, Homewood, Diamond Peak, and Mt. Rose are all less then 30 mins away.
