Stunning views and lakeshore frontage from this three story, four bedroom beach front condo in an exclusive resort community on Lake Tahoe’s gorgeous and accessible North Shore. Fully furnished with first floor master bedroom with full bath, kids room with 2 twins and full bath, washer/dryer, recreation room, sun room, and walkout slider to beach front recreation area, beach and boat dock. Walk upstairs and enjoy the second floor master bedroom with full bath, fully appointed kitchen, dining area, family room, massive stone gas fire place and incredible 270 degree views of Lake Tahoe from either inside or expansive deck. The third floor master bedroom also has a full bathroom and unparalleled views of Tahoe City, West Shore and even South Lake Tahoe! Situated just 1 mile from Tahoe City with easy and safe walking/biking trail access and minutes from 4 major ski areas that offer both summer and winter activities and shopping.

Everything about this visit was great. The location on the lake, the views, the neighborhood and the closeness to other amenities. We were preparing to go on a jeeping trip on The Rubicon Trail and this was a great spot for us to start our vacation.

Beautiful location.

The townhouse was clean and perfect for our stay. Douglas responded quickly to any questions I had. Check in was a breeze as was checking out. We are already looking at future dates at this location for a larger family gathering. Would recommend it to anyone who wants a relaxing stay.

Truly Lakefront

Beautiful property right on Lake Tahoe. Idyllic. As an added bonus, the water pressure in the shower was to die for.

Wonderful location

Dougs place is well stocked and the views can't be beat. The beds were comfortable and the condo has lots of space. The views of the lake are spectacular. You can sit on the balcony and be lulled to sleep by the sound of the water. If you are looking for a quiet place with great views i highly recommend.

Tahoe Retreat

Welcoming and comfortable for our family. Great location with Swimming, paddle boarding, bicycling and hiking. Beautiful views! Very well organized kitchen made our shared meals fun to prep and the furnishings throughout were really comfy. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you.

We come here to recreate, relax, gather, reminisce, and especially watch new additions to the family fall in love with Lake Tahoe the way we have. This Condo has become our home away from home and a place we long to be when we’re not here. We hope you find it as wonderful as we have!

Very few homes offer walk-out beach front homes with sweeping views of almost all of Lake Tahoe. One mile from Tahoe City, only a few minutes from the ski slopes, and with the Lake literally at your finger (and toe!) tips….why wouldn’t you?
