This Kari Whitman designed home is environmentally-friendly, with a modern, airy feeling with (6) remote controlled Velux Skylights. The kitchen has a recycled wine-barrel wood ceiling from Geneva, Switzerland. New sink, new granite countertops with stainless steel appliances.
The Master Bathroom has marble floors and walls with a very unique glass shower and steam unit.
Great for Indoor-Outdoor entertaining. Has both Gas Grill and Gas Fire Pit.
Across the street are both the Bike Path and the Metro E-Line (Train) to the Santa Monica Pier, Beach, 3rd Street Promenade or to Downtown Los Angeles. Literally, do not need a car!
Walk to Groceries, Bakeries, Drug Stores, and 20+ Restaurants and Bars.

I'm hosting for a first time so I can travel Europe for 90 days. No one has ever stayed in my home. This is a first for me. I've been caring for my Dad till his passing last July and am ready for an adventure!
この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
If I could drop a pin on the perfect LA location this would be it!!! I am so centrally located, everything is 5-20 minutes away which can not be said anywhere else in LA. I literally do not own a car... Everything is in walking distance.
この宿泊施設の特徴
I told my designer Kari Whitman. I want to feel like I'm outdoors when indoors and with the six Velux skylights and Trifold glass doors and windows I very rarely turn on the air-conditioner. I also told her I'm only building one house so use the best of everything!
