Shared backyard with BBQ, 4 chairs with table and umbrella. Backyard is great place to chill & relax or do yoga on the astroturf. Mood lighting for romantic evening nights. Shared Kenmore Elite washer/dryer in garage with new shared Shark vacuum. Small storage space in garage with owners permission. Dog allowed with owners permission and $250 dog fee.
