Disappointed
Location was good. The place has potential. BUT it was not clean. Upstairs bathroom floor had hair all over it, urine in toilet. Downstairs toilet stand dirty. Cheap utensils and dishes, pans missing lids. One dirty dish towel and old used sponge. Bring everything if you plan to cook, including openers etc.Lights were burned out, shades didnt close, floors not clean, dirt and hair on the bed, pillows hard and horrible. No reading lamps, nothing cozy. Bare necessities. Only way to contact is via text, they did respond quickly and offered to make things right. But when you are there less then 40 hours, you don't want to spend your time waiting on cleaners and maintenance to do the job they should have done before you arrived. Maybe this is the norm for this group, Mt. Lemmon Motel, but not my normal VRBO experience. I don't like slamming a place, but this was not good for about 300 a night. I do not recommend unless they change their hospitality and cleanliness.
