Relaxing vacation!

Great place and location

Enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and nice. Plenty of room. Loved having the grill. Pool was excellent! Good location. Owner kept in touch.

Wonderful stay!

Thank you Neil for sharing your well appointed unit with us. Everything (appliances and beach gear) was functional and in good working condition. The beds were comfortable and the Cleanliness level of this unit was impressive - We highly recommend this unit. Also, the grounds were well maintained and pool area is exceptional with lush vegetation, new pool furniture and available cabanas. The owner was easy to deal with and accommodating. Wonderful condo at Falling Waters on Davis

First of all, our host was excellent and replied to all questions we had. The second floor condo was easy to get into after arriving late ( 10:30 pm). The place was clean, spacious, and well equipped. Kitchen had every thing we needed and there was sports equipment available as well. Our view out of the back was of a large lake with fountain. We could see pool and walk to pool was not bad. Pool was amazing; like you were at a resort. Everyone we met were very friendly and we had no negative experiences! Overall, great stay at Falling Waters!

We loved our stay at Falling Waters. A very friendly community.

Neil’s Condo was just perfect for us. It was very clean and easy to maintain for our month stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. I loved that we had a starter paper towel, tissues, soft soap and other cleaning supplies to get started. King bed was very comfortable. Used electric grill a few times but electrical outlet outside went on and off for some reason. Thank you again Neil

Just wonderful

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! Everything we needed was there. We had a beautiful view of the pond with a fountain. The room sizes were great. The neighborhood was pretty and well maintained.

Lovely stay in sunny Naples

Neil was excellent to deal with and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Condo well equipped large living space ,comfy sofas and super comfy bed .Everything you would need for a day at the beach- beach chairs, coolers, sun Shade and plenty of towels Would stay again

Perfect in every way

As this was a last minute, impulse booking we hoped we would not regret the hasty decision. We did not regret it one bit. This property is well maintained, a perfect location, a wonderful community also well maintained. Beautiful setting. You can't go wrong. Everything was perfect!

Great vacation in East Naples' Falling Water community

My husband and I spent 12 days in this gated Florida condominium in the community of Falling Waters, which is a quiet, safe neighborhood with a beautiful large pool. We were sad to leave when it was time to go. The main view from this unit’s second floor lanai was a lake with the fountain in the middle, which was calming. Beyond the lake was the beautiful blue pool and clubhouse. The lanai was accessible from both the long living room and the master bedroom. Because the lanai is screened in, we could leave the doors open and enjoy the breeze flowing through the condo. The décor of the rooms was nice; the bed and furniture was comfortable; and the condo was clean and spacious. All appliances are updated. We used the electric grill on the lanai to cook our dinners. Even though it is a 10-unit condominium, we could not hear people in the adjoining units. The owners who live in Canada could not have been more welcoming in the phone conversations leading up to our visit. In summary, we would recommend this unit and stay here again.

Beautiful setting

Spacious, clean condo in a beautiful setting. This unit had everything you needed for an extended stay. The pool at Falling Waters is amazing! Quiet, gated community. Highly recommend.

Phenomenal Stay

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property in Naples. Neil was very accomodating and a pleasure to communicate with even during the tough Covid times that we all faced. We will be contacting him again in the future. My family thanks him for his hospitality.

Naples Paradise

Falling waters is a great community where people are friendly. We made some friends here. The condo and Neil made it very enjoyable. He is always available via email for any questions about the property.

A beautiful Condo next to Naples Pier / beaches. Everything was well equipped and very clean. The owner, Neil Hogan, is very friendly and answered every question promptly (we are from Germany). We felt very well in the condo and would be glad to come again.

Comfortable Apt in Naples

My husband and.I stayed two months in this two bedroom apartment while our house was being built. We loved the location which was convenient to visit both Naples and Marco Island. The complex was clean , secure and very quiet. The communication with the owners was easy and they responded to inquiries very quickly. We will recommend this apartment to family and friends.

A Holiday in Paradise

Neil we had a wonderful time at your condo. The condo had everything we needed and we used it all, whether cooking, doing the dish washer (that is a great dishwasher, it got the dishes so clean. We used the beach towels and noodles at the pool. We watched the Olympics on your amazing large t.v. We enjoyed sitting out at the front and the back. We tried to live like renters rather than tourists. We took lots of drives, shopped and ate well. Hope to God Willing go back next year. Thank you for the use of the condo. I only wished we had gotten together with the couple downstairs, they were great neighbours.
