Fully remodeled and updated one bedroom oceanfront paradise. This ground floor unit is steps away from the legendary Kona sunsets which you can view from your lanai. A couple steps the other direction and you can swim in the community saltwater pool or grill up a feast at the BBQs. Custom kitchen, new appliances, beach gear, one bedroom, one bathroom with shower and tub, in-unit washer/dryer, A/C in living and bedroom, HD cable, XL smart TV in living room and in the bedroom, free wifi, open-concept living, modern tropical decor with custom touches throughout. Large island with 4 barstools, dining table, desk workspace, blackout curtains, outdoor table and chairs and lounge chairs on lanai to enjoy coffee in the morning or cocktails at sunset. Adventure closet with beach gear, blankets, boogie boards, chairs and umbrella, cooler, binoculars and snorkel gear for your use.
