You’re staying in an adorable Spanish-modern townhouse in a historic neighborhood, with quick access to the Rose Bowl, Pasadena, Downtown Monrovia, NASA/JPL, waterfalls, a local favorite park, and hiking trails. This high-end home features convenient two-car parking, luxury kitchen appliances, an in-unit LG washer and dryer, and a 70-inch flat-screen TV, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay

This house features four bedrooms, with one designated as a home office on the second floor. The master suite includes its own bathroom equipped with double vanities and a separate Jacuzzi, providing a luxurious touch. Spacious built-in cabinets crafted from natural oak wood add both style and functionality. The top floor houses two additional bedrooms along with a large bathroom featuring a glass shower door and an overhead rain shower for a spa-like experience. Your family or group has complete access to the entire home, making it perfect for gatherings and relaxation

Great comfortable stay for our family of four. Went to the Rose Bowl and the Rose Bowl parade was a great place to stay in the area around was very comfortable safe and lots of places to eat.

Highly recommend this place! The host was exceptionally communicative throughout the entire process and even accommodated an early check-in without a hitch. The home itself was immaculately clean, well-equipped with kitchen and bathroom supplies, and felt like a true home away from home. We'll absolutely be returning on our next visit to the area.

This Stay is Awesome!

My family and I had a great time staying at this property! Check-in was easy, the house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed, and SOYEON was extremely responsive. There was even an issue with the dryer and they offered to replace it immediately. The only thing to note is that this is a townhouse style home so there are a lot of stairs.
