Welcome to Sweet Home, a private guest suite located in central San Gabriel.

This is a fully independent unit with its own private entrance. The property is a single house that has been divided into three separate guest units, and each unit has its own entrance with no interior space shared.

Please note a few important details about the property:

• The house contains three independent guest units, so one wall may be shared with neighboring guests. Most stays are quiet, but occasional normal living sounds may be heard.
• One compact parking space is provided and is suitable for smaller vehicles. Larger vehicles may prefer free street parking nearby. Please follow posted street-cleaning signs.
• The entrance requires about three steps, so it may not be suitable for guests needing step-free access.

The location is convenient and close to many attractions. The home is near the San Gabriel / Arcadia border, within about a 15-minute walk to Chinese markets and restaurants.

room for three a joke. 1 crap bed and the other thing can not be classified as something to sleep on. what a rip. could not stay the second night.

We’d like to clarify for future guests that the listing clearly states one queen-size bed for two guests, plus a small sofa bed available as an extra sleeping option, allowing a maximum occupancy of three. Our home is priced as a private room accommodation, not a multi-bedroom or hotel-style setup. We’re sorry that the sleeping arrangement did not meet your personal expectations, and we always encourage guests to review the bed configuration carefully before booking to ensure it fits their needs.

This is the first place in a while that had bedstands on both sides of the bed...a big plus that you don't know you miss until they aren't there. The Gree mini-splits worked both for heating and cooling during our stay. There is a remote in the bedroom zone and the main area zone.Bathroom has nice large shower- with rain-tye shower head and a handheld. 2 shelves held all of our toiletries. The gate (which must be opened and closed manually- very easy) is on the Arcadia Ave side of the corner lot. Dedicated parking spot. We noticed no road noise inside. The green couch is small and doesn't feel like a queen size so if you are more than 2 adults, you might want to check the actual measurements. 2 kids could fit.The bed has a good mattress- supportive but not too hard. We've been to VRBOs with terrible mattresses so this was a relief.We wouldn't hesitate to go back here if we are back in the LA area. Thank you!
