Jaw dropping spacious ranch home in the Park East Neighborhood minutes to the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. This fully furnished house has had every inch renovated with a level of class and style that is not seen in rental properties. This home features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There are hardwood floors throughout the main floor, wool carpet in the family room, and plush carpet in the basement. There are two bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms in the basement with egress windows in both bedrooms for safety. There are 3 king beds and one queen beds in the bedrooms. All bedrooms have large closets and each room has a wall mounted television. The kitchen is truly show-stopping. It features high end cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a chefs 36" gas range, and an amazing plaster hood. The kitchen ceilings have been lofted and large wood beams hover over the space. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary cooking accessories. The two bathrooms on the main floor are spacious, and strikingly beautiful. The master bathroom has a dual vanity and a large shower with curved walls and dual shower heads. The other bathroom on the main floor has tons of character and function and will not disappoint. The basement has a spacious family room that includes a large cloud sectional couch, wet bar, and a 75" television. The bathroom in the basement is huge, with a large double vanity and extremely large shower with dual shower heads. The backyard features a large fenced in yard, and a covered eating patio. The house is in a great location with parks and walking trails close by. Fantastic neighborhood and neighbors. Minutes to the University of Colorado medical center. Quick highway access. This is a fantastic home for someone that is staying or working at the Med center. No pets! This is a fully furnished monthly rental. Multiple rented months are preferred. Landlord pays for all utilities, trash, and internet.

3 month rental - Fantastic property

The house is really well done, exactly like the photos depicted, loved the space. This was a long term stay and the communication with the host was great. Would stay here again for sure
