Amazing place to stay if wanting to go to red rocks! Close to venue, everything in town was 30 min or less which was great. Backyard is not very private, consider other options if hot tub is selling point for you. Staff was easy to communicate with, would stay again if in the Denver area!

Hi Nick, Thank you so much for the 4-star review and for laying out exactly what worked for your Red Rocks trip. Close to the venue, everything in town within 30 minutes, and our team easy to reach. That's the experience we want every Blue Dream guest to have. I really appreciate the honest note on backyard privacy. That's fair, and we're going to update the listing copy to be upfront about what the hot tub setup actually looks like so future guests know what to expect. We'd love to welcome you back next time you're heading to Denver!

Everything was very clean. The beds are also comfy and there’s a lot of them! Communication with the host was great and they were very friendly. Instructions and rules were straight forward and easy to follow. The location is also a great midpoint between downtown Denver and the Red Rocks Amphitheater with lots of amenities within 5-10 minutes.

Great Place Convenient Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this cozy place. The location was perfect and central to all of the things we wanted to do... Coors brewery tour, concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater, dinners in Denver, breakfast around the corner at Sunrise Sunset, hikes at Green Mountain, visit to Rocky Mountain National Park.... Best were evenings around the fire and relaxing in the hot tub and being together as a family.

We like the place very much. Excellent communication from the host. Super clean specially the bathroom. Very neat and clean, NO nasty grout and unpleasant smell. There are 3 of us for 3 nights. One bathroom is fine but needs more towel bars or hooks. Also a few wash cloth would be nice. Kitchen has almost everything that we needed except for kitchen towels. We love to cook but we also make sure to clean up after our mess. Otherwise, the place is immaculately clean and comfy. We will consider using it again.

Nice place. Would not recommend if you desire internet and TV. No service upon check in. Waited all morning first day for tech that never arrived. Was told Tech was on way then told delayed then told it was cable issue. Had no internet or TV for entirety of visit. Was told they would consider partial refund 5 days ago. Have not heard back.

Hi Matt, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your stay at Blue Dream. I am very sorry for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the lack of internet and TV service during your visit. I want to assure you that we did our absolute best to work with the internet provider to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the provider determined that the outage was caused by an issue with the outside line, which severely limited our ability to fix it from the property itself. We were entirely dependent on their service technicians to resolve the external infrastructure problem, and we are incredibly disappointed that their delays impacted your stay so heavily. We always strive to provide a seamless experience, and we are truly sorry that we fell short here due to these external circumstances. We appreciate your patience and your honest feedback. We wish you the best.

The place was very very clean. Cleaner than most hotels. Host was very prompt with answers and contacted promptly with different things that arose before we arrived. The neighborhood seems a lil sketchy but it was very quiet and seemed better than the appearance. I would definitely stay again

It was very convenient to the family members we were visiting over the holidays and allowed dogs. (The 420 friendly feature was not really a factor for us) The hot tub looked inviting but we did not end up using it. Overall it had everything we needed.

Great home base to relax with friends and explore the city for a few days. Clean, quiet, comfortable. We did not use the hot tub, but it looked fantastic! Couldn't get the fire pit to light. Could have used a bigger coffee pot. 😉 All else was perfect!

I felt the property left quite a bit to be desored but it served its purpose. It is a small property and a bit aged and beat up. The hot tub did not have a handle or lid stand, it haf been broken off. You go through a 3rd part for everything which I really didnt like, had to send pictures of credit card and license and weird stuff like that. Communication is almost too much and starts to feel intrusive. They rypically charge for an early check in but they did allow us to check in a half hour early with no charge. The place does not really have windows so its dark, small house. Again, served its purpose buy i would probably opt for a hotel given the cost.

Clean with lots of sleeping space!

We had 2 families, 7 total and 2 dogs. The place was very clean, quiet neighborhood, great park for the dogs across the street, nice bathroom, beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of sleeping space. The little back yard was nice for the dogs. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. I grew up in the area so it was perfectly located for our stay to visit family. For those not from the area there are lots of places to eat nearby and it’s a short drive to down town Denver. Mile High and Ball Arena only a 15 minute drive. My only small complaint was the super small coffee pot and the overwhelming smell of marijuana when we arrived. I know it was 420 friendly but it was almost unbearable when we arrived and it lingered all week. We had kids so it wasn’t ideal. Overall it was a great little place!
