We had a great stay for a fair price. Property was clean and ready to go. Manager communicated timely. Check in was a fairly tedious process uploading ID and CC to verification site. Probably necessary now days but not exactly my favorite thing to do and different from other rentals I’ve used.

Impressive

The place was very very clean. Cleaner than most hotels. Host was very prompt with answers and contacted promptly with different things that arose before we arrived. The neighborhood seems a lil sketchy but it was very quiet and seemed better than the appearance. I would definitely stay again

Bach trip

Me and 2 girls came to celebrate a bachelorette. Close distance to the airport and everything we were interested in. Very convenient house with a great back yard area and all the smoke supplies. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Lakewood Family visit

It was very convenient to the family members we were visiting over the holidays and allowed dogs. (The 420 friendly feature was not really a factor for us) The hot tub looked inviting but we did not end up using it. Overall it had everything we needed.

Clean with lots of sleeping space!

We had 2 families, 7 total and 2 dogs. The place was very clean, quiet neighborhood, great park for the dogs across the street, nice bathroom, beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of sleeping space. The little back yard was nice for the dogs. The kids enjoyed the hot tub. I grew up in the area so it was perfectly located for our stay to visit family. For those not from the area there are lots of places to eat nearby and it’s a short drive to down town Denver. Mile High and Ball Arena only a 15 minute drive. My only small complaint was the super small coffee pot and the overwhelming smell of marijuana when we arrived. I know it was 420 friendly but it was almost unbearable when we arrived and it lingered all week. We had kids so it wasn’t ideal. Overall it was a great little place!

Great Place Convenient Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this cozy place. The location was perfect and central to all of the things we wanted to do... Coors brewery tour, concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater, dinners in Denver, breakfast around the corner at Sunrise Sunset, hikes at Green Mountain, visit to Rocky Mountain National Park.... Best were evenings around the fire and relaxing in the hot tub and being together as a family.

Vacation with friends

Great home base to relax with friends and explore the city for a few days. Clean, quiet, comfortable. We did not use the hot tub, but it looked fantastic! Couldn't get the fire pit to light. Could have used a bigger coffee pot. 😉 All else was perfect!

Great place to stay

Wonderful place to stay. The communication was great. Condo was perfect for our family. Has a great kitchen with everything except garbage disposal. They even had coffee and filters for us. The complex looks a little sketchy but had no problems at all. Hot tub was clean and amazing.
