It is within walking distance to several popular restaurants including Buster's Beer & Bait, Barracuda Beach Bar & Grill, & Outlaws BBQ and just a short 5-minute drive to both St. Andrew's State Park and pontoon boat rentals.

This 2nd floor, beachfront condominium offers approximately 900 feet of coastal living space, featuring LVP throughout. - Age Requirement: Booking/signing party must be 25 years of age or older and staying in the unit during the duration of the reservation.
- No Smoking and No Pets Allowed.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
- *Free Golf and Activities Program is only valid for stays 27 nights or less.
- Guests can park up to 2 vehicles on site, 2 parking passes and reusable wristbands will be left in the unit.
