First of all, I couldn't park in the garage. It had two pallets of sand and cement against the front wall and the car wouldn't fit. Every morning, I had to fill 3, five gallon buckets of water, from the kitchen sink, because there was no hose to clean off the car because the tree in the front yard was shedding little buds that would stick to the car.Second, there was no " owners book " that told you about the TV stations, when trash pick-up would be, good restaurants near by, things to do around town.I called Mike, that was the name of a contact person. called twice, no call back both times!The hot water in the shower in the Master bedroom did not get hot. Lukewarm at best. Had to take my shower in the hall bath that did get hot water. As for the hurricane that damaged the dock, what year are we talking about? That dock has rotten boards that have been there for years! A hurricane doesn't do that, neglect and bad maintenance does. Last thing, the house looked sterile. All grey paint. No pictures on the wall, no feature wall , absolutely no color!, It looks like a rental, and not a home! Most windows didn't have any blinds or curtains. nice to look out, but anybody walking by could look in. If there were any women with us, they would feel a bit insecure.I've rented nicer homes with a heated pool for what I paid for this one.... Would not recommend. At least, I'm not coming back.
