Boaters Bayshore Bungalow on a Canal with Gulf Access

This ranch home is located on a canal with direct access to the Gulf/Naples Bay(no bridges). Amazing water sports access. We are in the cool & hip Bayshore Arts district! Great restaurants, Naples Botanical Gardens, boating, 3 miles to DT Naples and 4 to the beaches. This is a perfect family/friends vacation location spot. We have all the gear to enjoy this location. Quiet neighborhood/newly renovated/great views.

You must book for the number of guests in the room. Any unannounced additional guest will result the nominal charge as listed on the site. No visitors allowed. The area should remain quiet after 11pm. No parties or gatherings that would create noise complaints or disturbances. Enjoy your time here, but please respect the home as my guest. ANY VIOLATION OF THIS RULE CAN RESULT IN THE IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE GUEST/GUESTS STAY AT OUR DESCRETION. No open flames, candles or incense in the house. Lost key will result in a $50 fee. Do not use towels for make-up removal, dyeing hair or anything else that would damage/discolour towels, sheets, carpet or blankets. Replacement charges will apply. Any damage to the carpets from food, dye, make up or any other source will result in a cleaning fee. No modifications to the home, its utilities, systems, structure, fixtures are permitted. Primary guest must provide their legal name, address and telephone number, all to be verified upon request.

Guests have use of recreational equipment in the garage and are responsible for their care and return to its original location for inspection and inventory. Primary guest will be charged for any missing items, cleaning or damage of such equipment. These are to be used at the sole discretion of the guests and the primary guest is responsible for its safe use. YOU MUST SUPPLY AND WEAR LIFE VESTS WHEN USING KAYAKS OR PADDLE BOARDS. We do not supply life vests as there are too many different size combinations. This listing, WanderLust GA LLC or its agents are not responsible for any damage, misuse, unsafe use, injuries to any guests or others associated with the primary guests, while using such equipment or facilities associated with the property. Watersports and the dock area can be high risk for injuries, and we make no claim of liability. The registered guest assumes all such liabilities by accepting this reservation.

Great house and location.

Terrific location with water canal access for paddling. Very close to a cool food truck park with live music. Host was very responsive.

Lovely retreat

We had a great time at this lovely bungalow. It was cozy, spotlessly clean, and the patio was a wonderful bonus. Highly recommend this property for a relaxing stay.

Nice week-long stay in Naples! The house is comfortable and spacious, with the back deck being the standout feature: The canal setting is pretty, and we used the hot tub (not pictured in listing) daily and enjoyed the seating around fire pit and chaise lounges. We also kayaked in the canals, which was easy and peaceful.Daniel and Lucia were incredibly responsive whenever we had questions or minor issues (like when the hot tub needed a chemical rebalance) and couldn't have been kinder. Two things to keep in mind--which are NO FAULT of the owners--is that the neighborhood is off of a busy road (we planned on using the bikes, but weren't comfortable), and there is a lot of construction throughout Naples (result of hurricane damage). So be prepared for construction noise at times.

Love The Dock!

The house was great and the dock area allowed us to pull up the boat. This place is great for adult family time! We would like to stay again🙂

Perfect for us

Nicely remodeled home with everything we needed. Perfect for my husband and I. We really enjoyed sitting out on the deck/dock in the evening. Very relaxing. Location is just minutes from the heart of Naples with so much to do. Communication with the owner was easy. I would definitely recommend this house and would stay there again.

Perfect Oasis on the Water

Fantastic property. The deck is perfect for sunset cocktails overlooking the water! Next time we are in Naples this will be our go to spot and we’llbe staying longer!

Restful Vacation

The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful. The home was roomy and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipt to save us a fortune on dining out! We brought our 21' skiff and had zero trouble maneuvering the canals out to the channel when we headed out to Keewaydin island, and the dock and deck area was perfect! There was also plenty of room in the drive for our trailer. Thank you For a great week Daniel and Lucia.

Everything went well. Very nice deck and view. The location was very close to everything. Less than 5 minutes away from our event Downtown.

Fun boat trip

We really enjoyed staying in the bungalow. Traveled by boat (27ft) from Sarasota and it was super easy to find and navigate in the creek. Very quiet, low key. The patio set up is fun with the BBQ and fire-pit. We'll be returning :)

Great Thanksgiving Stay

We spent the Thanksgiving holiday with my husbands father. This rental was perfect. The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing and just enjoying conversation. The home has everything you need for all activities. Very well thought out and considerate. We would definitely rent this home again. Super close to the botanical garden and 5th Ave restaurants and beaches and communication with the contact person was awesome.

Lovely home on the canal

We loved our stay at this property. It was so pretty and comfortable and we spent so much time on the beautiful deck. The owner was especially kind and communicative. It felt like a home away from home, but better weather! Speaking of that, when we were due to fly back to Boston, our flight was cancelled so I texted the owner and he couldn’t accommodate us because his properties were all booked, but he researched some hotels in the area for us, which was so helpful! I was really touched by his thoughtfulness. We will return to the bungalow soon!

Five star accommodations

Beautiful property right on the canal. Extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Everything is new and in perfect shape! The owners have thought of everything. The bikes, kayaks and paddle-boards are an awesome added bonus! The location is perfect and close to everything. The owners were really easy to communicate with and were very helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely be back!

The pictures of the property do not depict the property, the front bushes and trees are very over grown. The pond? Why bother, it is not maintained either, which was very disappointing. Every dinner plate was chipped.The garage door was a real headache. it.

Quiet Retreat

First time in this home on the canal. It is extremely clean and well appointed with anything you could want. The furnishings are modern and seem new. The king mattress was very comfortable and we slept soundly. The area is very quiet with little to no traffic. We used the kayaks for a jaunt to the gulf. It was definitely a highlight. They also had beach bikes and standing paddle boards. We enjoyed the outside spaces every night. The grounds are lit with a wonderful ambiance. We would highly recommend this home for your stay in Naples.
